ABSTRACT Cooperation between university and industry is not a new topic. Although there are some tested and used models for characterizing and analyzing this cooperation, these models have proven to be inefficient and unsuccessful in some countries. Therefore in this study we developed a model to analyze the level of university – industry cooperation in Iran. Furthermore we identified and ranked the barriers hampering and blocking this cooperation. In order to do so we used Interpretive Structural modeling (ISM) and Friedman test. Since ISM is based on the views of scholars we asked 33 experts both from university and industry to provide their views and comments about the present condition of university – industry cooperation. Using research findings we ranked barriers that hamper university – industry cooperation respectively as: 1- lack of trust between industry sector and academia; 2- lack of demand – centered research and dissertations; and 3-motivational issues.   Manuscript profile

Social networks are one of the types of social media which in recent years has been influential in the lives of internet users so that forms of social communication is influenced by the new media and in the future will play a more important role. On the other hand the trust is one of the major causes of satisfaction and repeat use of the online service. This research employs elaboration likelihood model to identify the factors affecting the users’ initial trust in Facebook and it express that users change their attitude via a dual route including central route and peripheral route. Central cues include information quality and service quality, whereas peripheral cues include system quality, structural assurance and reputation. Self-efficacy moderates the effects of central cues and peripheral cues on initial trust. The populations of this study are Iranian users on Facebook. Data for this study through contacts with personal pages and pages of general (relating to groups, cities, activities, university, etc.) active in the social network were collected. For this purpose, link of online questionnaire to provide them on the website docs.google.com. In this questionnaire was used a five -point Likert scale from strongly disagree (1) to strongly agree (5) and finally 406 questionnaires were collected according to schedule and Morgan Jersey, which are well to conduct research in the infinite. Questionnaire validity by the opinions of experts and university professors and its reliability through Cronbach's alpha were provided and represents optimum reliability. Data were analyzed with Smart PLS statistical software. According to the results of the independent variables in this study, self-efficacy, reputation and structural assurance respectively with path coefficient 0.47, 0.23 and 0.2 have the greatest effect on the initial trust and system quality has minimal impact on initial trust with amount 0.07. The results also indicate that self-efficacy moderates the effect of system quality on initial trust. Therefore, since the self-efficacy apart from the moderating role directly also has the greatest impact on initial trust; social network designers should be a special attention to this factor so that it's learn is easy and it's use process is clear and understandable for users. Entrepreneurial marketing has emerged as a new approach in marketing of SMEs, in which main processes of marketing in creating and delivering value is strengthened through entrepreneurial, innovative and opportunity-driven approaches. The main purpose of this paper is to propose a model of interrelations among entrepreneurial marketing components in the knowledge-based companies. For this purpose, entrepreneurial marketing components were first identified by reviewing the literature. In the next step, using the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM), the relationships among the entrepreneurial marketing components were determined and analyzed. The research is practical concerning it’s purpose and descriptive-survey considering it’s data collection procedure. Managers of knowledge-based companies in Semnan and academic experts in the field of management and marketing make up the statistical population of the study. Five of the managers of knowledge based companies actived in Semnan and three professors of Semnan University in the field of marketing were studied as research sample using purposive sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. According to the ISM, integrated entrepreneurial marketing model presented in this study includes seven components that interact with each other at three levels. After the MICMAC analysis was done, entrepreneurial marketing components were classified to relay and dependent variable and no components was identified as independent or autonomous variables. The results show that value creation has the greatest dependence among entrepreneurial marketing components. Proactiveness, innovation-focused, opportunity-driven, customer intensity and resource leveraging have high driving power and dependence, and hold highest priority in relation to other components in model.. In this study, we have used the total capital market index (TEDPIX) as an index of the real sector of the economy and the index of banks and credit financial institutions as an index that explains the developments of the banking system. Also, oil revenues, exchange rate uncertainty, tax revenues, liquidity, nominal interest rates, inflation uncertainty and GDP have been used as macroeconomic variables in the research period (1370-1396). To estimate the systemic risk of the banking system, the quarterly data of the banks' index is used and the value at risk of the return of the seasonal data of the index is estimated using an exponential GARCH model. In order to model the interaction of macroeconomic variables and systemic risk of the banking system, an unrestricted vector autoregression (VAR) model was estimated and then using instantaneous impact functions and based on Chulsky analysis, systemic risk response to other variables was investigated and analyzed. In order to identify the channels of impact of economic shocks on the systemic risk of the banking system, based on the structures of the Iranian economy, a structural vector autoregression (SVAR) model was specified and then the instantaneous impact functions were extracted and the effect of macro variable shocks on the systemic risk of the banking system was investigated. Also, the effect of systemic risk of the banking system on macroeconomic variables was investigated and analyzed using instantaneous impact functions. Finally, the interaction model of macroeconomic variables and systemic risk of the banking system was approved using the vector autoregressive model. Manuscript profile

The readiness of organizations to establish management systems is an important issue. The purpose of this study is to provide a model for organizational readiness to accept the model of excellence in the Azad University. In this study, a combined (qualitative and quantitative) sequential exploratory method was used. The method used in the qualitative part of the research is foundation data theory. In the present study, in order to collect data in the qualitative part, the interview tool was used and in the quantitative part, a questionnaire was used. The statistical population of the study includes professors of management in the free universities of Guilan province. In the qualitative section, in order to conduct interviews, the opinions of 10 professors related to the research topic and in the quantitative section, in order to complete the questionnaires, the opinions of 150 people were used. In order to analyze the data obtained from the interviews, the coding method was used in MAXQDA software and in order to discover the relationship between the identified factors, the interpretive structural modeling method was used in MICMAC software. Data analysis from semi-structured interviews consisted of 180 open source code in the form of nine classification concepts and in four main categories including managerial and attitudinal-behavioral factors (as link variables), external factors (as independent variables), and the establishment of the excellence model. (As dependent variables) were divided. Data analysis of the quantitative part of the research was also performed using the partial least squares method in smartPLS software. The results of the quantitative part of the research also showed that all three factors include managerial factors (creating an atmosphere conducive to change, planning and organizing, learning, commitment), attitude-behavioral factors (perceived usefulness and perceived ease) and external factors (policies and rules). Upstream, credits, and culture) have a significant role on the readiness of the free university in implementing the model of excellence, and among these, managerial factors have played the most effective role. Also, the attitude-behavioral factors of the performers have an effective role on the readiness of the university to establish a model of excellence. On the other hand, external factors, both directly and indirectly and through managerial factors and attitudinal-behavioral factors have an effective role in the readiness of the Azad University to establish a model of excellence, so that this factor is the main motivator of Azad University affiliates to establish a model of excellence. . Findings show that the readiness of universities to establish models of excellence depends to a large extent on the performance of its managers. Highly committed managers can create a positive atmosphere in the university for the acceptance and implementation of those models with proper planning, control and supervision, and thus address many internal problems such as attitudes and behavioral factors of members of the organization, which mainly manifest themselves in the face of change. Data and even overcome external problems Manuscript profile

The innovation ecosystem consists of a group of actors and dynamic processes that provide innovative solutions to new challenges. The main purpose of this research is to design a university-centered innovation ecosystem. For this purpose, ecosystem functions were first identified through literature review. Due to the limitation of As-Is data in Iran, interviews with stakeholders were chosen as a complementary technique. The second round of interviews were developed to identify the rules and processes of the ecosystem. The results of this study led to the choose Triple Layers core-periphery framework of innovation ecosystem called "Core-Platform-Development & Application". In this framework, the Institute of Health Technological Innovations is placed at the core layer, which is associated with these six platforms: Work Integrated Learning, Idea Generation, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Shared Services, and Investment and Financing. Each of these platforms communicates with actors in that field at the Development & Application layer. After confirming the conceptual architecture with a triangulation technique, the ecosystem interaction model was designed & the results of the architecture in the case study were simulated by system dynamics method. For validation, the simulation results of the model under the two scenarios of continuation of the existing conditions and the establishment of the proposed architecture showed that the proposed architecture will clearly have a positive effect on the model variables in the future. Generally, the results obtained from the implementation of the model in favor of the implementation of architecture in the environment of innovation are studied in UT & TUMS Manuscript profile

Researching the future, developing future scenarios, and providing requirements and solutions to face the future are essential responsibilities of policymakers, leaders, and planners of higher education. Various factors and drivers, especially information and communication technologies and digital developments, have transformed universities' role in shaping the more comprehensive higher education system. In this article, based on the study of Orr et al. (2020), five scenarios and models of higher education for 2010 are presented. These scenarios include Tamagotchi, Jenga, Lego, Transformer, and Garbage Can. The Tamagotchi model is a classic approach to higher education that begins immediately after high school, leads to a bachelor's or master's degree, leads to a job, and ends the path to higher education. The Jenga model is more attractive to non-traditional students in short-term learning courses and focuses on the following stages of self-learning and organization. The Lego model is named separate composite modules of different sizes that create a self-contained, non-standardized learning path rather than a compact unit. The Transformer model represents learners who may be extended past their primary education but return to higher education to gain new knowledge or upgrade needed skills. According to this model, everyone should have opportunities to leave their current career path and change it. In the Garbage Can scenario, learners choose a combination of Tamagotchi, Jenga, Lego, and Transformer scenarios according to their work-life situation and individual goals. Universities and educational institutions depend on the institutional mission and focal values. In this scenario, applicants and academic institutions will have multiple teaching-learning choices. Digital developments are technical innovation and social innovation, the consequences of which should be considered for society, the labor market, and the higher education systemThe Tamagotchi model is a classic approach to higher education that begins immediately after high school, leads to a bachelor's or master's degree, leads to a job, and ends the path to higher education. The Jenga model is more attractive to non-traditional students in short-term learning courses and focuses on the next stages of self-learning and organization. The LEGO model is named as separate composite modules of different sizes that create a self-contained, non-standardized learning path rather than a compact unit. The transformer model represents learners who may be long past their basic education, but return to higher education to gain new knowledge or upgrade needed skills. According to this model, everyone should have opportunities to leave their current career path and change it. In the Karbeijken scenario, learners choose a combination of Tamagotchi, Jenga, Lego, and Transformer scenarios according to their work-life situation and individual goals, and universities and educational institutions depending on the institutional mission and focal values..
