        The purpose of this paper is to examine the relations between learning orientation and opportunity recognition and self-efficacy among Iranian knowledge-based entrepreneurial organizations (KBEs). A total of 240 usable questionnaires were received from entrepreneurs and top managers. These were subjected to a structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The results show that learning orientation positively affects self-efficacy and opportunity recognition and self-efficacy positively influences opportunity recognition. Manuscript profile

        The goal is here to study the views of technical and vocational stakeholder in order to introduce general skill needed in the labor market to improve the quality of these trainings .This study is a kind of descriptive survey and its population consists of three groups of stakeholder of technical and vocational education as follows: trainers, founders of private institutes, and industry owners. According to theoretical fundamentals and global studies, components of general skills were extracted and subcategories of each component were determined separately and based on that, a questionnaire were prepared and after ensuring the validity and reliability necessary information were gathered .For analyzing the data, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and Structural equation modeling were used with the help of SPSS and Lisrel software. Results showed all components are positively associated with the quality of technical and vocational education, components of specialized knowledge and scientific skills have less contribution of this correlation rather than other general skills components and it can be concluded that in the three stakeholders’ point of view, general skills components related to the quality of technical and vocational education are more important. Moreover, in the three groups same point of view, based on the results of multiple regressions and structural equation modeling, the priority has been reported as follows: 1-Commitment and responsibility skills 2-Communicationand teamwork skills 3-Creativityand problem solving skills 4-Planning and organizing activities skills 5-Usingcomputational up to date techniques and technology skills Finally, based on the three groups’ point of view, a new definition has been presented for the quality of technical and vocational education: Integration of general skills in order of priority listed above with specialized skills in each training course.         Abstract Innovation to help organizations cope with the dynamic markets turbulence in the external environment and can achieve long-term goals. One of the most initiators of Innovation, learning. The main aim of this study is to examine the effect of the Organizational Learning on innovation performance. Accordingly, the study population is all supervisors and employees of manufacturing and industrial Ab Band Mazandaran Company.The research design was descriptive and Correlation type and typically is based on structural equation modeling. For measuring variables two tools is used based on the Likert 5 options and the questionnaires were distributed among 220 supervisors and employees of Ab Band Mazandaran Company. Construct validity of both questionnaires were confirmed by a number of experts and management professionals and a confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that Organizational Learning has a positive effect on innovation performance and have a direct and significant role to increase the performance. Manuscript profile

        Abstract Research findings have an important role in preferment of human quality of life and develop the welfare level of society and economic changes. Commercialization of research findings that is a basic characteristic of Entrepreneur University depends on prerequisites and different factors. The main aim of this article is to determine the individual effective factors in the commercializing research results, and explain the relationship among the factors. The Sample of this research includes the faculty members and managers of Islamic Azad University of science and research branch and some external managers relevant to this university. To study the effective individual factors in the commercializing research results, we use mixed research methods and the collected data are analyzed by some statistical tests such as T-Test, ANOVA, Friedman and Affirmative Factor Analysis.
