        The aim of this study was identification of Sustainability factors and capacities of university-industry relations in higher education system. The research method was descriptive survey. the research community, was including faculty members five universities country and industry representatives. Research sample, was selected in faculty members with random stratified of Morgan table 263 people and sample in industry representatives with randomly 12 people. Analysis procedures was multivariate regression, Manova and t with using the software SPSS. The research tools included two questionnaires sustainability factors Lee and capacities capacities of university-industry relations Ssebuwufu. According to the analysis Confirmatory validity and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha was appropriate. The results showed that sustainability factors, reasons and motivation and benefit in the university sector was positive and significant. But industry representatives, the sustainability benefits announced lower than optimal. Existing capacities has been a positive and significant relationship between university and industry. All components of capacities university-industry relations has been a positive and significant effect on Sustainability. All components of capacity, has predicted  the reasons and motivations and benefit. Manuscript profile

        The present study investigated the mediating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between organizational agility and intelligence with organizational performance. It is a descriptive, correlative analysis using structural equation modeling. Four questionnaires on organizational commitment, organizational agility, organizational intelligence and organizational performance are also used to measure data. Cronbach’s alpha was used to measure reliability of questionnaires which were 0.87, 0.86, 0.93, and 0.86 ,respectively Validity of questionnaires was tested using confirmatory factor analysis. Population of the study includes all the staff of inWestern Branches of Jahad Daneshgahi in Iran. Using Cochran’s formula, a number of 206 samples were takes using single-hop clustering sampling. Data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling using AMOS 22: Results indicate that organizational intelligence and organizational agility had direct causal relationship with organizational performance. Moreover, mediated by organizational commitment, organizational intelligence and organizational agility showed to have indirect causal relationship with organizational performance. Therefor suggested that the managers of the ACECR’s units focus on establishing components of organizational intelligence and organizational agility endeavor to improve organizational performance more than before Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this research is to present a strategic model based on which it is possible to explain the attraction and value creation of higher education management graduates in the governance system of higher education in Iran. The current research was qualitative in terms of research method. Foundation's data theory has been used to build the absorption and valuation model. In this section, 18 experts who are familiar with the topic of attracting and valuing higher education management graduates have been used. Data has been collected by semi-structured interview method. In order to analyze the data, a three-stage process of open, selective and central coding was used with the help of MAXQDA2020 software, and the findings of this process show the paradigm model of attracting and valuing students including 27 main categories and 95 variables including attracting and valuing students as the core. or the main category of the model; 5 causal conditions; 3 background conditions; 3 interfering conditions; 3 strategic conditions and finally 4 consequences were placed. In this regard, considering the key role of higher education graduates in the sustainable development of knowledge and skills, it is required that higher education management graduates have a constructive interaction in the formulation and implementation of macro policies, and through a clear response to their request, their motivation to the increase responsibility for work in educational and executive organizations Manuscript profile
