Therefore, based on the interpretive paradigm and qualitative research method, and with the inductive approach and the use Grounded theory, it has analyzed financial citizenship and promoted social capital in the Fintech transition. In this regard, with Purposive sampling and Sampling snowballs, have been interviewed with 15 experts in the field of fintech. The findings show that factors such as technological pressure at the international level and the weakness of the traditional financial system have stimulated the transition to fintech, but citizens' distrust has led to Lack of acceptance of fintech. Bridging this gap requires the formation of a participatory approach to financial citizenship in order to inform citizens and promote social capital to provide conditions for citizen participation in the position of customer, feedback provider or financial services requester. In this way, it will lead to the expansion of the FinTech startup market, financing, definition of innovative financial services, and finally change in government approach, and the transition to FinTech will be achieved Manuscript profile

Firms try to increase their innovative performance to survive in a turbulent market and improve their competitive position. Combining these efforts does not necessarily lead to profit and increase their market share. To understand this shortcoming, researchers look at the factors that affect innovation performance and how to measure it. However, the subject that needs to be addressed is the firm's innovative behavior, which can affect innovation performance. By borrowing from the concept of dynamic capabilities, the present study has tried to classify the possible types of capabilities to create new products, services, and processes into three general categories: innovation capabilities, collaboration-based capabilities, and complementary capabilities, and by presenting different hypotheses for the effectiveness of these capabilities. Test the firm in innovative performance. For this purpose,180 questionnaires were distributed among firms to report the number of new products/services, the number of new processes, their financial performance, and the types of measures taken in their field of innovation from 1392 to 1394. After confirming their validity and reliability and creating structural equations using the partial least squares (PLS) method, results showed that innovation capabilities and collaboration-based capabilities significantly positively affect innovation performance. Also, research and development, training of human resources, design, collaborative research and development, and purchase of technical knowledge have significant path coefficients in the resulting PLS model and significantly affect innovation. In addition, the purchase of machinery and tools only significantly affects the creation of innovation. Manuscript profile

In modern approaches to marketing, markets are considered as grounds where companies and customers combine and share their resources and capabilities to create dual value (i.e., both for companies and customers) through applying modern learning mechanisms, establishing communications, and engaging in the process of producing goods and providing services. Thus, the current study is aimed at presenting the conceptual framework of the antecedents and consequences of customer engagement with an emphasis on the “dual value” perspective. In the current study, the meta-synthesis research method was applied. From the studies conducted between 2000 to 2020, 46 studies were investigated and selected using the CASP method and were entered into the process of meta-Synthesis. Then, the indicators were coded and categorized, and were validated based on experts’ agreement. The analysis of the data resulted in the identification of 46 indicators, which were classified in the two groups of customer engagement antecedents including customer resources and company resources, and customer engagement consequences including value for customers and value for companies. The resulting conceptual framework can be applied as an instrument for strategic planning in the field of marketing and the development of customer engagement in different businesses.
