Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Leadership Collaborative and Competitive Conflict Management Styles and the innovative performance of the entrepreneurial team by considering the mediating role of team passion. This study was applied in a descriptive and surveyed manner. The statistical population in this study is 212 employees of industrial companies in Shiraz who were selected by convenience sampling method. For data analysis, partial least squares method and Smart PLS2 software were used. Convergent validity was used to assess the validity and Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability and its coefficient is more than 0.7 for all research structures. The results show that collaborative conflict management style has a positive and significant effect on team passion, but competitive conflict management style has a negative and significant effect on team passion. The results of the study confirmed the positive and significant effect of team passion and innovative performance of entrepreneurial teams. Team passion also mediates the relationship between collaborative conflict management style and the innovative performance of entrepreneurial teams, but does not mediate the relationship between competitive conflict management style and the innovative performance of entrepreneurial teams
