The concept of strategic entrepreneurship refers to simultaneously engaging in the activities of discovering (creating knowledge and new capabilities) and exploiting (exploiting existing and current organizational resources and knowledge), which has increasingly attracted attention in strategic management and organizational entrepreneurship literature. In spite of this importance, there are two significant theoretical gaps in the context of Iran. First, how can organizations create strategic entrepreneurship capability in their organizations and what are the effective factors in this regard? Second, does basically strategic entrepreneurship lead to business growth or not? The statistical population of this research includes 93 active food industry companies in Tehran and Gorgan. The questionare was completed by 75 firms which are statistically generalizable based on the Cochran formula. Reliability of the survey instrument is confirmed using Cronbach Alpha. Content and construct validity tests were confirmed by some university professors and statistical techniqies such as confirmatoty factor analysis respectively. Finally, research hypotheses were tested by structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smartpls software. The results show that Entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial leadership and creativity and innovation through strategic entrepreneurship have a significant positive effect on a firm’s growth. We use two methods inorder to identify the drivers: literature review and interviews with experts. Then, using a delphi survey the future uncertainties has been explored. Thus, the 4 scenarios which depict the future of cognitive science and technologies has been presented by using the 2 dimensional space resulting from the explored below uncertainties: the convergence and divergence of stakeholders and the engineering the mind approach against empowering the mind approach. The ongoing development process is the most important mindset of human societies and determines the degree of difference between countries. So the important question that is going on in the current world is how and why some countries have reached a higher level of development indicators, while others are at the bottom of the table? From this angle, the factors and dimensions of development and the formulation of questions and assumptions in this regard are a common method for discovering and opening up the development paths of societies. The general objective of this research is to examine social capital, its relationship with the formation of institutional efficiency and then with the fluctuations of national development. The research studies the impact of these two-way, successive and pre-requisite volatilities on the path to national development. Reviewing the path and fluctuations show that the relationship between these three factors has a synergy. The theoretical framework of this research is a combination of theories of social capital, institutionalism and development; and thinkers such as Putnam, Fukuyama, Huntington, North, Schumpeter, Mirdal, and Todaro, in relation to the variables involved in the formation of the subject of research. The main hypothesis of the research is that there is a positive correlation between the three variables of social capital, institutional efficiency, and national development. This research is a fundamental objective and in terms of library, documentary and exploratory method. Manuscript profile
