Growth and survival is one of the most important challenges for start-ups in the current situation. On the one hand, the coopetition strategy in the last two decades in order to gain, maintain and improve the competitive position has been considered by many businesses. Start-up can gain a good coopetition position in many areas by using a competitive strategy. So far, research has not examined the factors that are involved in the implementation of a coopetition strategy in start-up. In this method, in order to explain the factors affecting the application of the coopetition strategy, first by systematic review of the literature and using the method of meta-synthetic qualitative research, all dimensions of the coopetition strategy were identified. Then the importance and priority of each of the proposed factors is determined using the Shannon quantitative entropy method. After analyzing the articles, the effective factors were classified into 6 categories, 16 dimensions and 68indicators. The results showed; The most important categories are "institutional factors", "strategic factors", "environmental factors","individual-managerial factors","participatory factors","communication factors" respectively. Among the dimensions, " Events " were in the first place, " Supporting institutions ," and " Good reputation of the company " and , "Having coopetitive mindset " were in the second ,third and Fourth places. This study provides a deep understanding of the existing literature on coopetition strategy in start-ups by organizing the factors affecting it and can be used in planning for their growth and survival in complex and dynamic market conditions to compete with other businesse Manuscript profile

Entrepreneurship is one of the important tools in the field of business as well as a way to face the unknown world. Government organizations, like commercial organizations, can step into new procedures and methods through entrepreneurship. The present research was conducted with the aim of presenting the development model of organizational entrepreneurship in government organizations. For this reason, it was tried to design the antecedents of organizational entrepreneurship in the form of a model. The research method is functional in terms of purpose, and structural-interpretive in terms of the method of conducting and collecting qualitative data. The statistical population of the research included experts in the field of entrepreneurship and university professors (22 people in total) who participated in the Delphi panel to extract the factors affecting organizational entrepreneurship based on the three-pronged model according to their opinion. In this way, the experts were first asked to comment on the factors affecting entrepreneurship, and classify them in three dimensions: contextual, structural and behavioral. The method of selecting experts was based on the snowball method. To collect data, firstly, through the Delphi technique, the components related to the three-pronged factors were extracted, and after reaching a general consensus, in order to relate these factors and provide a model of factors affecting organizational entrepreneurship, the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) method was used. MICMAC software for categorize and analyze the power of penetration and the degree of dependence of the factors was used. The obtained results showed that a total of 5 contextual factors, 6 behavioral factors and 11 structural factors are generally involved in the development of organizational entrepreneurship. The results also showed that in the designed model, contextual, structural and behavioral factors are the antecedents of organizational entrepreneurship. At the end of the research, practical suggestions for organizations were presented Manuscript profile

Risk parity is one of the stock portfolio selection models that has received much attention after the American financial crisis in 2008. The philosophy of this model is to allocate the risk of the portfolio to the same extent among its constituent assets. Conditional value at risk is one of the popular and common measures of risk measurement in finance, which measures the mathematical expectation of loss of a stock portfolio for values beyond a threshold value and at a known confidence level and time horizon. The aim of the current research is to design and optimize the performance of the risk parity stock portfolio model with the criterion of conditional risk value. There are different approaches in modeling optimal portfolio selection that use different criteria and methods to calculate and estimate returns and risks. Various criteria have been proposed to measure risk in finance, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages. One of the criteria that has been introduced with the aim of reducing the disadvantages of the common and popular measure of value at risk is the conditional value at risk or expected drop, which is used as a measure of risk in the present study. Conditional value at risk measures the average loss of the portfolio for cases where the amount of loss exceeds value at risk Manuscript profile
