        The aim of the research is to identify knowledge factors effective in designing and absorbing technology in knowledge-based centers and manufacturing industries, and to survey the effect of knowledge management on each factor, and successful technology transfer. The research method is descriptive of correlation type. In this research, using a simple stochastic method ,151 active people in technology transfer were selected from among scientific and research groups and 277 were selected from among large manufacturing industries. The data for the research were collected through questionnaires. Confirmed construct and factorial analysis were used to determine the validity, and for reliability, Chronbach alpha was employed. In order to study the relationship between research variables and to study hypotheses, the modeling of structural equations has been used with the help of SPSS and AMOS software.Findings indicate that there is a , significant, and positive relationship between knowledge management and technology effectiveness transfer. The only difference is that, knowledge management impacts directly on technology effectiveness transfer only in knowledge-based centers. Likewise, knowledge management indirect impact on successful technology transfer only through knowledge capability whose impact is on knowledge-based centers (35%)and on manufacturing industries(77%) .         This article reviews the relationship between organizational culture Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Although, Organizational culture and SHRM are important factors influencing organizational citizenship behaviors but little research has been done about how these two factors influencing the organizational citizenship behavior. The main purpose of this study was tracing the relationship between these three important variables clearly according to test two proposed conceptual models. Study results showed that, the approach of cultural determinism and adaptation strategic human resource management has been accepted.         In this study we examined the role of organizational culture and knowledge management process in organizational performance, stressing organizational innovation as a mediating variable. Therefore, this study tries to improve organizational innovation and organizational performance in universities, considering organizational culture and knowledge management process. A descriptive - correlational research method was used. The population of the study included faculty and nonacademic stuff of Sabzevar universities. Using a stratified random sampling method 252 people were selected for the purpose of the study. Research finding showed that the process of knowledge management and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on organizational innovation and organizational innovation has a direct and positive impact organizational performance.         The purpose of  this research was study of relationships between the talent management and social capital in NIOC. Research type was descriptive correlative. Statistical population of research included all personnels who were 220. Statistical sample was 110 who were selected by random simple sampling method. To gather data, two questionnaires were used: talent management questionnaire with 24 items and social capital questionnaire with 24 items in terms of 5 scales likert. Questionnaires content validity confirmed by experts.The reliability coefficients of questionnaires were obtained through Cronbach alpha as 0.81 for social capital and 0.87 for talent management. Collected data was analyzed at level of inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient, one sample t-test and regression) by spss software. Research findings revealed that mean of talent management components and social capital was higher than average. The biggest mean in talent management related to talent Recruitment (3/93).         This paper aims to identify and assess HPWS practices in the Iranian banking industry. This study used a combination of quantitative and qualitative data of this approach in banking industry's efforts to review and evaluate. In order to answer the study questions, this study was conducted in two stages. In the first phase, Using Banking Human resource management expert’s opinions, HPWS practices in Iranian banking industry recognized. In the second phase, based on a quantitative survey, the impact of high performance work systems in the research case study (Mellat Bank) has been asses. The results show that the high performance work systems, includes: training, recruitment selection, performance-based pay, career development, performance appraisal, teamwork and decentralized decision-making, quality jobs and effective supervision.         In the competitive and dynamic environments of current businesses, distribution corporations attempt to utilize permanent and new resources of competitive advantage in order to improve their innovative and sale performance. Among different determinants of innovative and sale performance this paper is to investigate the effects of customer knowledge management. For this purpose the simultaneous effects of three dimensions of customer knowledge (knowledge for, about and from customer) on the criteria of sale performance and innovative performance have been investigated. The research method is descriptive and correlational. The population of the research consists of 900 sellers of Behpakhsh Corporation. A sample of 270 subjects was selected as statistical sampling. Data collection tool is a standard questionnaire that was used for the survey. Statistical tests such as confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis and t-test are used for data analysis through the software LISREL and SPSS. The results show that all studied aspects of customer knowledge have positive and significant effects on the performance of the corporation. As well as the current status of these variables in this corporation have been appropriate.         The purpose of present research was consideration of effect of organization agility mediator in relationship between knowledge management with innovation and competitive advantage in sport organizations. Research method was descriptive-survey and applies studies field. Statistical population included all active personals in Isfahan provinces sport committees which statistical sample size was determined (N= 320) to suitable number in basis of 16 hidden variables. For gathering data was used innovation standard questionnaire of Hamidizadeh et al (1393), knowledge management questionnaire of Newman and Conrad (1999), competitive advantage questionnaire of Hosseini (1391) and organization agility questionnaire of Yarmohammadian et al (1390). For analyzing data and consideration of model fit was used structural equation modeling and PLS and SPSS software. The results of findings indicated that knowledge management variable has significant effect on innovation, competitive advantage and agility. Also, effect of agility variable wasn’t significant on innovation, but it had significant effect on competitive advantage. Finally, Sobel test result indicated that knowledge management variable has significant effect on innovation and competitive advantage with mediator of organizational agility. Therefore can concluded that sport organization managers with traditional redesign pay attention to much changes in organization and work strategic view because previous approach and solution have lost its ability for encountering with organizational challenges and external environment, hence, new approached view should be replace.         Linking the literature of resource-based view (RBV) with ambidexterity, the purpose of this study is to assess the effect of information technology, knowledge management and Marketing capabilities on innovation ambidexterity and its influence on the performance of new product development of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) active in the Iranian medical and pharmaceutical industry. To this end, this paper develops an integrative research model, which analyzes the network of relations using covariance-based structural equation modeling on a data set of 294 SMEs present at the 21st International Exhibition of Medical and Pharmaceutical Equipment in Tehran in June 2018. Accordingly, the questionnaires were assigned to senior and middle managers whose primary responsibilities were related to strategic innovation activities of the firms. Findings show that the complementary capabilities of information technology, knowledge management and marketing are positively associated with innovation ambidexterity. It is natural that the purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between managerial conflict management styles and organizational entrepreneurship among the staff of Neishabour University of Medical Sciences, In this cross-sectional study, information was gathered using two standard and valid questionnaires of Managing Conflict and Organizational Entrepreneurship Margaret Hill, a statistical society consisting of two groups of administrative administrators (60) and administrative staff (3000) Sampling from Morgan's table 52 executives and 341 employees from the employees under the supervision of managers were gathered. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 21 software to analyze the data. Results show that there is a significant relationship between conflict management styles and organizational entrepreneurship, there is a significant difference between the dimensions of organizational entrepreneurship of the staff and the demographic characteristics (gender, age, degree of education and work experience). There is a significant difference between conflict styles and demographic characteristics (gender, age, and degree).         the purpose of this study is to achieve a model for measuring knowledge management for inovation in the Islamic Republic of Iran TV. The present study is a qualitative study based on grounded theory. In this research, snowball sampling method was used. Based on the sampling and theoretical saturation, 10 experts from the field of knowledge management and media participated. Immediately after the interview, based on the open coding, the axis and selection was done. The findings showed that, in terms of experts, the six main themes of the model of KM are presented in the Islamic Republic's TV. In this research, different models of KM assessment were examined. By examining different models and answering the research questions, it was determined that knowledge management in the strategic planning of the Islamic Republic of Iran's TV was not obvious. The Islamic Republic of Iran's TV is not up-to-date in terms of knowledge and is not flexible enough to respond to the new needs of the audience. Experts and proprietors believe the output of the TV knowledge of the Islamic Republic is less favorable. Improving the performance of the Islamic Republic in the field of manufacturing processes, the quality of products or services by the use of knowledge by the owners of the field of knowledge management is not very positive.         In this paper, we have presented the mobile code paradigm, which is a collection of remote evaluation, code on demand, and mobile agents, as an alternative to the conventional client/server paradigm. Security is a major problem of mobile agent systems, especially when money transactions are concerned. Security for the partners involved is handled by encryption methods based on a public key authentication mechanism and by secret key encryption of the communication. In this paper, we examine qualitatively the security considerations and challenges in application development with the mobile code paradigm. We identify a simple but crucial security requirement for the general acceptance of the mobile code paradigm, and evaluate the current status of mobile code development in meeting this requirement. We find that the mobile agent approach is the most interesting and challenging branch of mobile code in the security context. Therefore, we built a simple agent based information retrieval application, the Traveling Information Agent system, and discuss the security issues of the system in particulars. This article discussed a mobile agent model for processing transactions, which manipulate object servers. An agent first moves to an object server and then manipulates objects. General possibilities for achieving fault tolerance in such cases were discussed and the respective advantages and disadvantages for mobile agent environments and the intended parallel and distributed application scenarios were shown. This leads to an approach based on warm standby and receiver side message logging. We have used dynamically changing agent domains to provide flexible, adaptive and robust operation. The performance measurement of Fault-Tolerant Mobile Agent System shows the overhead introduced by the replication mechanisms with respect to a non-replicated agent.         The overall aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and organizational innovation and organizational performance among staff members of the Cooperative Co-operatives, Social Work and Social Welfare Co-operative in Razan. The research method was descriptive correlation. The statistical population of the research includes all employees of the cooperative companies in the city of Razan, which is 320, the sample size was chosen using the Cochran formula, which is equal to 175 people, which we increased to 180 persons due to the drop of subjects, and eventually 176 people completed the questionnaires by random sampling. The data gathering tool was a knowledge management and organizational innovation questionnaire distributed among individuals. The data were analyzed using inferential statistics. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the management dimensions of knowledge use and the firm's performance (0.213), with the increase in its use, the company's performance increases. In other words, 1.4% of the company's performance is affected by the use of knowledge. There are significant differences between the dimensions of the speed of the two variables, the speed of innovation and the amount of innovation with the performance of the company, so that with increasing speed of innovation and the amount of innovation, the company's performance increases. May be. For this reason, the role of knowledge sharing is somewhat tied to the concept of knowledge management. The purpose of this article is to investigate the factors affecting knowledge sharing and prioritize them with the aim of helping to identify the role of these factors in the process of successful implementation and implementation of knowledge management in Saipa Industrial Group. In the first step, based on studies and literature on knowledge management, a researcher-made questionnaire of 5 Likert spectrum was created, which was distributed and collected in person in the form of closed interviews between two groups of external and internal experts. These factors were identified and categorized in four dimensions: 1) individual factors 2) organizational factors 3) cultural factors and 4) technology factors. In the next step, in the form of a pair of questionnaires and with the help of Expert Choice software, these factors were prioritized and weighed. According to the results of the second questionnaire, the following factors: 1) cultural factors (weighing 0.460), 2) individual factors (weighing 0.258), 3) organizational factors (weighing 0.161) and 4) technological factors (weighing 0.122) Sequences have the greatest impact on knowledge sharing. Therefore, it is suggested that managers and policy makers of Saipa Industrial Group strongly support the cultural factors in the units of the organization with the help of human resources in order to make the most of the results of knowledge sharing.         Purpose of this study is effect the role of Human resource management, intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship on organizational performance. The statistical population of this study is employees of Payame Noor University of Kermanshah Province.This study is descriptive-survey type of correlation research. For data collection, the standard questionnaire was used. To review the validity of the questionnaires was used content validity (The questionnaire confirmed by a group of university professors) and on the other side of convergent validity (average variance of output (AVE)) this illustrates the fact that the validity of the questionnaires is suitable. Reliability of the questionnaires was calculated with The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the questionnaires was examined (0.86, 0.80, 0.87 and 0.70) respectively. The results of testing hypotheses by SMART-PLS software (VERSION2) and using the t-test statistics and path coefficients (=), showed that a Human resource management has a strong, direct, and meaningful impact on intellectual capital But HRM has a strong, moderate, direct, indirect, and meaningful effect on organizational entrepreneurship and organizational performance,respectively, The results indicate that intellectual capital has a moderate, direct and significant impact on organizational entrepreneurship, Also, intellectual capital has a weak, direct, indirect and significant organizational effect on organizational performance, Finally, organizational entrepreneurship has a weak, direct and significant impact on organizational performance, As a result, the role of mediating intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship in the relationship of human resource management on organizational performance.         In nowadays competitive environment, achieving a competitive advantage is one of the main concerns of managers of organizations. In this way, creating innovation in products and services is one of the effective approaches in achieving a competitive advantage. This study aims to examine the role of electronic customer relationship management (E-CRM) and customer loyalty on organizational innovation with the mediating role of customer knowledge management. Therfore, the present study is considered an applied and descriptive research of the correlation type. In order to collect the required data, a standard questionnaire was used, and to verify the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, divergent validity, Cronbach's alpha indices, factor loading, and composite reliability were used, respectively. The statistical population of this research is 350 employees of Semnan province government counter offices. The number of 183 people was determined as the sample of the reseach using Cochran's formula considering the error of 0.05. The required data was collected in the second 6 months of 2019. Data analysis was done using the structural equation approach and SPSS and SMART-PLS software. Based on the results of the research, electronic customer relationship management has a positive and significant effect on the three variables of customer loyalty, customer knowledge management, and organizational innovation. In addition, the result shows the positive impact of customer knowledge management and customer loyalty on organizational innovation. Also, the mediating role of customer knowledge management in the effect of the role of managing electronic communication with customers and customer loyalty on organizational innovation is quite meaningful.         In most organizations there is a system is designed and applied for recruiting and preserving consumers which in fact is capable of managing organization-consumers relationships. Nowadays these systems have gained popularity as customer relationship management systems. The present study seeks to determine the effect of consideration of consumers and infrastructural abilities of customer relationship management on the information quality and innovative behavior. In terms of the applied results and goal, the present study is descriptive which has been conducted through survey method. The statistical population of the study was senior insurance experts and managers in branches of insurance companies of Tabriz city, Using Cochran sampling method, 85 individuals were selected as sample size. The questionnaire was used to collect filed data, and the Structural equation modelling to analyze the data.¬ The results of the study showed that infrastructural capabilities have a positive and significance effect on customer orientation, consumer information quality, and innovative behavior and as well as the results showed that customer orientation have a positive and significant effect on the consumer information quality and innovative behavior. Additionally, consumer information quality had a positive and significant effect on the innovative behavior and company performance, and finally there is a positive and significant relationship between innovative behavior and company performance.         The aim of this study is to provide a framework of talent management based on the current situation in Iran, considering the importance of the discussion of attracting, cultivating, and retaining talents in the field of knowledge enterprises and also the theoretical poverty in the field of talent management. For this study, several knowledge enterprises in the country have been selected as the case study and due to the lack of qualitative research in the field of talent management using the method of "Grounded theory" version 2015 Corbin and Strauss, in the first step, the current framework Talent management in these companies is based on interviews with 30 people (sampling to theoretical saturation) of the stakeholders of the talent management system (talents, managers and human resources experts). The method of data collection from research participants according to Bernard's (2006) typology in structured and semi-structured interviews was appropriate to the type of participant (human resources specialist, elite, manager, or policymaker). In the first step, the most important finding is the dynamics of the various talent management processes and their placement on a spectrum, from the most undesirable to the most desirable. In the next step, according to the existing superior experiences and the identified injuries in the previous step, the optimal framework for this space was designed and by presenting the framework to managers and experts in the field, was evaluated qualitatively. For this purpose, the present study was conducted to provide a university management model based on green thinking. This research is "fundamental-applied" in terms of purpose, as well as "qualitative" in terms of data type and in terms of implementation is based on the data-driven theory ". The researcher conducts Semistructured interviews until reaching data saturation with 15 participants based on purposeful and snowball samplings from the managers and experts of the Environmental Protection Organization, the Renewable Energy Organization, Ministry of Oil, as well as managers of the country's green universities.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Leadership Collaborative and Competitive Conflict Management Styles and the innovative performance of the entrepreneurial team by considering the mediating role of team passion. This study was applied in a descriptive and surveyed manner. The statistical population in this study is 212 employees of industrial companies in Shiraz who were selected by convenience sampling method. For data analysis, partial least squares method and Smart PLS2 software were used. Convergent validity was used to assess the validity and Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability and its coefficient is more than 0.7 for all research structures. The results show that collaborative conflict management style has a positive and significant effect on team passion, but competitive conflict management style has a negative and significant effect on team passion. The results of the study confirmed the positive and significant effect of team passion and innovative performance of entrepreneurial teams. Team passion also mediates the relationship between collaborative conflict management style and the innovative performance of entrepreneurial teams, but does not mediate the relationship between competitive conflict management style and the innovative performance of entrepreneurial teams Manuscript profile

        Changing the energy-based economy to a knowledge-based economy, increasing the level of education of the society, raising the standard of living standards, increasing the international complexities have led to many changes in the management of the organization. To overcome these challenges, future organizations must be able to harness and develop the potential of their talents. Talents are the rarest resource in the current knowledge-based market. In the wake of the globalization of the economy, the downsizing of most public and private organizations, rapid environmental developments and global challenges, the need for organizations to have capable and experienced leaders. Despite the global need and attention to talent, the principles of talent management in all organizations follow the same rules. Talent management includes a set of plans that, in general, make effective use of these individuals to achieve the goals of business and achievement. In this research, with the aim of identifying the variables affecting talent management with the approach of managers' capabilities, Delphi method has been performed by 50 experts. After collecting data and conducting interviews and Delphi method in 2 replications and confirmation of validity and reliability tests using CVR, reflectivity and Cronbach's alpha, the final model is calculated in 3 main components, 14 dimensions and 59 indicators. Among these, management support, engaging talented people, increasing learning capacity, self-centered learning, continuing education, setting criteria for promotion, appreciation and creating internal motivation with an average of 4.9 have been identified as the most effective factors. Finally, the structural model with the partial least squares method was approved by PLS software with a GOF fit coefficient of 0.58. Manuscript profile

        The emergence of the knowledge-based economy and, as a result, the increase in the importance of categories such as knowledge, innovation, and technology has increased the focus on concepts such as knowledge management, technology management, and innovation management. This article examines the existing articles and the researches that have been done in relation to the integration of the three areas of knowledge management, innovation and technology, in order to provide a conceptual model for integrating these three areas, which while covering the characteristics of each of these managements, from waste Organizational resources resulting from the overlapping of knowledge management, innovation and technology and their confrontation with each other should be prevented. First, a systematic literature review was conducted in which a wide range of related articles were searched from 1980 to 2021. Then, metacombination method was used to code the findings from previous researches and combine them with each other. At this stage, Perish and MAXQDA software were used for coding. In this study, more than 220 codes were assigned to data units. Then 220 codes were analyzed and similar codes were aggregated. Finally, 24 codes were obtained which were called basic codes. In the next stage, the basic themes of classification and the following five organizing themes were extracted: the principles of innovation-knowledge management, the enablers of innovation-knowledge management, the routine and creation of a culture of integration, the infrastructure of integration, the mechanisms of integration.         Increasing competition in the insurance market has made managers of this industry think of a solution for a lasting presence, and finding new customers and maintaining existing customers is a very important success factor for today's businesses. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of developing a model of customer purchase behavior management in the insurance industry using a mixed method in two qualitative and quantitative sections. The statistical population of the research in the quantitative part included 25 experts from university professors active in the field of insurance, managers and high-ranking specialists of insurance companies who were selected by purposeful sampling. In the first part, 99 identifiers were extracted as factors of customer purchase behavior management with the library study tool, and then they were analyzed and categorized through the Clark and Brown coding method and Max Kyuda software. After screening and measuring their validity using the fuzzy Delphi method and distributing the questionnaire among the group of experts, 85 identifiers were extracted in the form of 19 sub-factors. Validity of Delphi questionnaire questions using content validity analysis with CVI coefficient equal to 0.91 and CVR equal to 88. It has been confirmed.
