Agility makes it possible for organizations in today's complex and constantly changing environment to ensure their survival with rapid, innovative and creative responses. In this regard, the present study attempts to study main indicators of agility in Iran Power Development Organization (IPDO). Firstly, four main criterions referring to the literature selected include of “leveraging impact of people and information”, “cooperate to enhance competitiveness”, “enriching customer”, “mastering change and uncertainty”. Subsequently, by designing questionnaire and determining it’s content validity by academic members, intuitive data from IPDO experts has been collected. Then, reliability has been evaluated using Gous method for consistency examination of pairwise comparisons matrix. Finally data were analyzed using fuzzy multi-criteria decision making technique. The findings shows that “cooperate to enhance competitiveness” with the importance degree (0.301) is the most importance of the main criterion for selecting the more agile organizational unit. While in Iran Power Development Organization it has third priority. The main criteria “leveraging impact of people and information” with the importance degree (0.277), “mastering change and uncertainty” with the importance degree (0.238), “enriching customer” with the importance degree (0.184), were three next most important criterion in the selection of organizational units are more agile. The results point out that IPDO should be more focus on the priority of indicators affecting the agility to minimize the gap between current and desired situation. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, one of the most important dynamic capabilities of technology-intensive firms is leveraging of technological achievements for the creation of new applications and products and as a result, the new markets. This research studied the snake-like robot technological competence and its main purpose is to determine the starting point for leveraging process/path of this competence. For this purpose, available target markets for leveraging this competence have been identified and then have been ranked with performing multi-attributes decision making through ANP-DEAMATEL and TOPSIS hybrid model in fuzzy environment. Research experts have been selected from industrial knowledge intensive firms and scientific associations related to this competence. Multi-attribute decision making model results, based on data from experts, show that oil industry has the most attractiveness for starting of snake-like robot leveraging. The model presented in this research, with some modifications and adjustments can also be used for other high-technology products. Manuscript profile

Of this number, 384 complete questionnaires were included in the study. Data were analyzed using structural equation method by Smart PLS software. Findings show that although content marketing and e-trust influenced the effectiveness of the product development process, e-trust did not play a mediating role in the relationship between content marketing and effectiveness of product development process in high-tech companies. This study investigates the content marketing role in Product Development Process in high-tech companies and tests the model in the context of the Tehran IT industries. The result of this study provides a reference for managers of high-tech companies and helps them lower the failure rate of product development. Manuscript profile

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to design a sustainable outsourcing model using a balanced scorecard and hierarchical analysis process. In this research, we first tried to identify the success factors and failures of outsourcing based on previous studies conducted inside and outside the country. For the validity of these factors, using the content validity and the content validity index and for guarantee reliability also used the incompatibility rate of the coupled comparison questionnaire based on the EXPERT CHOICE report. Identify the strategic goals of this model using Affinity Diagram by Brain Storming. the findings indicated that to design sustainable outsourcing model using a balanced scorecard, we need to consider the economic, social and environmental sustainability in each of the balanced scorecard faces that Using this model, we can have sustainable learning and growth, sustainable domestic business processes, sustainable customer satisfaction, and sustainable financial performance. finally, the balanced scorecard with 26 strategic objectives was designed and implemented using paired comparisons of the importance of each strategic goal in every aspect of computing and prioritization. This article aims to present the model of social banking innovation process with digital transformation approach by fuzzy Delphi method, which is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative research in terms of data collection. The statistical population includes all university experts and senior bank managers who were selected for the Delphi process using 16 people using the snowball technique. The collection tool in this study is the Delphi questionnaire. Indicators were collected using fuzzy Delphi technique. The validity of the research was obtained by agreement of experts and validity with the help of consensus and formal validity. The results showed that during the three stages of the survey of 66 components, the final model has 43 components and has 6 dimensions. Based on the results obtained from fuzzy Delphi method and research literature was expressed. The 43 factors (indices) identified and approved by experts are the basis of the formation of the research model, which are classified into 6 separate groups: 1- Social factors (SF), 2- Rules and policies (RP), 3- Digital transformation infrastructure (DTI), 4- Innovative approach (IA), 5- Security (S) and 6- Banking industry structure (SBI) Manuscript profile

The emergence of the knowledge-based economy and, as a result, the increase in the importance of categories such as knowledge, innovation, and technology has increased the focus on concepts such as knowledge management, technology management, and innovation management. This article examines the existing articles and the researches that have been done in relation to the integration of the three areas of knowledge management, innovation and technology, in order to provide a conceptual model for integrating these three areas, which while covering the characteristics of each of these managements, from waste Organizational resources resulting from the overlapping of knowledge management, innovation and technology and their confrontation with each other should be prevented. First, a systematic literature review was conducted in which a wide range of related articles were searched from 1980 to 2021. Then, metacombination method was used to code the findings from previous researches and combine them with each other. At this stage, Perish and MAXQDA software were used for coding. In this study, more than 220 codes were assigned to data units. Then 220 codes were analyzed and similar codes were aggregated. Finally, 24 codes were obtained which were called basic codes. In the next stage, the basic themes of classification and the following five organizing themes were extracted: the principles of innovation-knowledge management, the enablers of innovation-knowledge management, the routine and creation of a culture of integration, the infrastructure of integration, the mechanisms of integration. Finally, a conceptual model is proposed that explains the relationship between these areas and how they interact and overlap, and solutions to integrate them Manuscript profile
