The application of Fuzzy Delphi Method and Fuzzy AHP in Verification and Ranking of Effective Indexes on Organizational Entrepreneurship

Abstract :
Organizational entrepreneurship as one of the main forms of entrepreneurship plays a key role in the success of organizations. On the other hand, several factors are influencing the process of organizational entrepreneurship development which are necessary to be studied and identified. The purpose of the present research is Identify and ranking affecting factors on organizational entrepreneurship process in mazandaran fishery and marine organization. In terms of data collection, the used method in this study is the descriptive-survey method and in terms of research purposes, it is an applied research. Statistical population of present study is includes of experts and connoisseurs in mazandaran fishery and marine organization. In the present study, after study literature, were Identification the factors on organizational entrepreneurship process and in three dimensions (behavioral factors, structural factors, and environmental factors) was organized. In collected data was using Delphi and paired comparisons questionnaires, and in order to data analyzing, using fuzzy Delphi method and FAHP were used. The results of the analysis indicate that the affecting factors on organizational entrepreneurship process in priority order is include: Behavioral factors, structural factors and environmental factors. Can see that entrepreneurship is importance and benefits that are very important concept in recent years a large number of organizations, companies and businesses in the following sectors of industry, agriculture and the fisheries was quite sensible.
