This article reviews the relationship between organizational culture Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Although, Organizational culture and SHRM are important factors influencing organizational citizenship behaviors but little research has been done about how these two factors influencing the organizational citizenship behavior. The main purpose of this study was tracing the relationship between these three important variables clearly according to test two proposed conceptual models. Our research methodology was Survey- Correlation Method, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Specifically. Study results showed that, the approach of cultural determinism and adaptation strategic human resource management has been accepted. Therefore, in relationship between three variables of our research, SHRM have a mediator role. The purpose of this study was an assessment to mediator role of faculty member's technical, contextual and behavioral competencies in the relationship between manager's affective - social competencies and academic innovation. This study was corolation and statistical population consists of 130 Islamic azad university faculty members in 2014- 15. Using by Morgan table selected 97 as samle study. Study tools was acadmic manager's affective - social competencies questionarie, academic innovation research made questioarie and faculty member's technical, contextual and behavioral competencies questionarie which were distributed and collected after calculation of validity and reliability. The results showed that Islamic azad university bandarabbas branch manager's affective - social competencies, faculty member's triple competencies and academic innovation average were lower than desirable level but upper than minimum level in all dimentions and faculty member's technical, contextual and behavioral competencies has mediator role in the relationship between manager's affective - social competencies and academic innovation. Today, the success of many companies in a turbulent environment is an improvement in the access and processing of information to develop the capabilities of innovation. In the meantime, knowledge sharing activities and culture have a special and important role that can have an impact on innovation. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of collaborative culture and knowledge sharing on the information systems and innovation ambidexterity in small and medium enterprises. The philosophy of the research is positivism, the approach is deductive, and the strategy is surveying. Therefore, after reviewing the literature and designing the conceptual model, a questionnaire consisted of 29 questions presented to a sample of 322 SMEs staff and managers. Then, the data were gathered and analyzed by AMOS software through correlation matrix, structural equation model and fitness test. The results indicate the knowledge sharing and the collaborative culture impact on the information systems ambidexterity and innovation ambidexterity. On the other hand, it became clear that the collaborative culture also affects knowledge sharing behavior. The purpose of this study is to the effect of authentic leadership on the creativity of employees: with regard to the mediating of role knowledge sharing behavior and use of information technology .This research is in terms of the purpose of applied research and in terms of the nature and method of the descriptive research is a type of correlation. The population of this research N= 90 number of Employees of Isfahan insurance company Branch Staff. With Tables set a sample volume the Morgan and Krejcie of n = 73 which were selected by Simple random sampling. To collect the data, researcher-made questionnaires were used based on standard questionnaires of experts. Reliability of questionnaires were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. Then these data were analyzed using spss24 software. In the first stage, which is a descriptive analysis, the aggregated data were presented as a table of descriptive statistics and frequency, and bar and circular charts. In the next step, in order to test the hypotheses, Pearson correlation test and structural equation model were used using Smart PLS2 software. The results confirm the direct relationship between authentic leadership and creativity (main hypothesis), as well as the role of mediation of the variable of knowledge sharing behavior in this relation (sub hypothesis 1) were confirmed, but, the moderating role of information technology (sub hypothesis 2) was not approved. Based on research findings, the Behavioral Pattern of Leadership as the root of all modern leadership styles, and the most comprehensive and applicable leadership theory, can solve many of the problems of organizations and positive outcomes, including creativity and The desire to share knowledge in the workplace And managers and authorities of organizations must strive to strengthen the characteristics of this behavioral pattern in order to benefit from it. Entrepreneurship is an important issue that has been raised in all aspects of economic and social development. Now the most important question in the communities, especially in developing countries is how people can be entrepreneurs and how can they create entrepreneurial opportunities. Nowadays because of technological development people can communicate with each other in many different ways, that virtual social network is one of them. Therefore, the aim of this study was to explain the determinants for entrepreneurial behavior of members of agricultural social networks. This study was among members of social networks "entrepreneurial knowledge exchange" The sample population was 126 people and population was 180 people. The assessment tool in this study was a questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed through pilot testing and estimated Cranach's alpha. Cranach's alpha was estimated between 0.76 - 0.93. Results showed that virtual social networking features, some entrepreneurial characteristics such as risk, identify and evaluate opportunities and incentives were entered in regression model and able to predict 76.6 percent of the variation in entrepreneurial behavior as a dependent variable. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using e-commerce on Online consumers behavior of RIGHTEL company. The present research is descriptive in terms of research method and in terms of purpose is an applied type. The statistical population of this study is the students of Islamic Azad University of Naragh Branch. According to the Cocran formula, the size of the unlimited society is 171 people. sampling method is Simple random. In order to collect data, has been used two questionnaires including: Standard questionnaire for consumer behavior of LERMAN(2006) with 6 items and HAMDAN(2004) e-commerce standard questionnaire with 10 items, that the above questionnaires have a five-choice spectrum of Likert scale. The collected data through questionnaires were entered into the spss21 software. For statistical analysis of data, used statistical tests including Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and regression. Technology advance has had a great influence on commerce and business, as tools advance in present era has made a new type of human relations that help them perform macro and micro transactions and businesses without physical presence, and made businesses go toward electronization. Current study involves identification and prioritization of factors affecting customer’s behavior of online purchase of electronic products. A method combined of attributive and survey methods was used. Indeed, data analysis was performed based on survey method. All of Students of Islamic Azad University South Tehran Branch were used as respondents. Based on Cochran formula, sample volume was 347 people. Sampling method was randomly. Questionnaire was prepared using experts comments and Delphi technique and was distributed among students. Spss software and AHP method were used in Statistical analysis. Results showed that 14 major factor affect customer’s behavior of online purchase of electronic products that Security, trust and price factors ranked as three first rank using AHP method which is confirmed by results of other researches. The present study seeks to determine the effect of consideration of consumers and infrastructural abilities of customer relationship management on the information quality and innovative behavior. In terms of the applied results and goal, the present study is descriptive which has been conducted through survey method. The statistical population of the study was senior insurance experts and managers in branches of insurance companies of Tabriz city, Using Cochran sampling method, 85 individuals were selected as sample size. The questionnaire was used to collect filed data, and the Structural equation modelling to analyze the data.¬ The results of the study showed that infrastructural capabilities have a positive and significance effect on customer orientation, consumer information quality, and innovative behavior and as well as the results showed that customer orientation have a positive and significant effect on the consumer information quality and innovative behavior. Additionally, consumer information quality had a positive and significant effect on the innovative behavior and company performance, and finally there is a positive and significant relationship between innovative behavior and company performance. Entrepreneurship is one of the important tools in the field of business as well as a way to face the unknown world. Government organizations, like commercial organizations, can step into new procedures and methods through entrepreneurship. The present research was conducted with the aim of presenting the development model of organizational entrepreneurship in government organizations. For this reason, it was tried to design the antecedents of organizational entrepreneurship in the form of a model. The research method is functional in terms of purpose, and structural-interpretive in terms of the method of conducting and collecting qualitative data. The statistical population of the research included experts in the field of entrepreneurship and university professors (22 people in total) who participated in the Delphi panel to extract the factors affecting organizational entrepreneurship based on the three-pronged model according to their opinion. In this way, the experts were first asked to comment on the factors affecting entrepreneurship, and classify them in three dimensions: contextual, structural and behavioral. The method of selecting experts was based on the snowball method. To collect data, firstly, through the Delphi technique, the components related to the three-pronged factors were extracted, and after reaching a general consensus, in order to relate these factors and provide a model of factors affecting organizational entrepreneurship, the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) method was used. MICMAC software for categorize and analyze the power of penetration and the degree of dependence of the factors was used. The obtained results showed that a total of 5 contextual factors, 6 behavioral factors and 11 structural factors are generally involved in the development of organizational entrepreneurship. The results also showed that in the designed model, contextual, structural and behavioral factors are the antecedents of organizational entrepreneurship. This research was conducted with the Purpose of prioritizing the components of educational-behavioral evaluation of teachers and principals of Tollou schools. Based on this, the current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation. The statistical population includes all teachers and principals of Tehran's Tollou schools (150 people) who were selected by the full number method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to determine content validity from the point of view of university professors and education experts (teachers and principals of Tollou schools), the content validity ratio was approved. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for reliability was calculated and confirmed as 0.875. To analyze the obtained data, independent t-test and Friedman's test were used with SPSS24 software. According to the ranking results, it was determined that among the components of educational-behavioral evaluation of teachers and principals of Tollou schools, setting tasks or presenting research topics within the students' ability and controlling and supervising their performance by teachers and principals of Tollou schools are in the first priority and out of The criteria for evaluating the qualifications and professional and general abilities of teachers and principals of Tollou schools, during recruitment, the importance and attention to individual differences of students during teaching was identified as the most important evaluation criteria. In terms of purpose, the research is applied, the implementation method is descriptive of the survey branch and of cross-sectional type. The statistical population of the research includes all the employees of the Imam Khomeini's (RA) Relief Committee of Kurdistan Province, totaling 401 people. The sampling method was stratified random and 310 employees were selected as a statistical sample based on the opinion of experts. A researcher-made questionnaire adapted from related standard questionnaires was used to collect data. The reliability of the measurement model using factor loadings, composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha, as well as convergent validity with the AVE criterion and divergent validity with the Fornell and Larcker matrix were checked and confirmed by Smart PLS software. The results of data analysis by structural equation model with PLS software showed that HPM has a direct effect as well as an indirect effect through PCA mediating variable on OCB. so that HPM explains about 56.2% of the changes in the OCB variable directly and 26% of it indirectly through the path of the PCA mediating variable. Also, the results of analysis of variance using SPSS software showed that there is a significant difference between the average opinions of respected respondents in terms of gender, experience and age variables. Increasing competition in the insurance market has made managers of this industry think of a solution for a lasting presence, and finding new customers and maintaining existing customers is a very important success factor for today's businesses. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of developing a model of customer purchase behavior management in the insurance industry using a mixed method in two qualitative and quantitative sections. The statistical population of the research in the quantitative part included 25 experts from university professors active in the field of insurance, managers and high-ranking specialists of insurance companies who were selected by purposeful sampling. In the first part, 99 identifiers were extracted as factors of customer purchase behavior management with the library study tool, and then they were analyzed and categorized through the Clark and Brown coding method and Max Kyuda software. After screening and measuring their validity using the fuzzy Delphi method and distributing the questionnaire among the group of experts, 85 identifiers were extracted in the form of 19 sub-factors. Validity of Delphi questionnaire questions using content validity analysis with CVI coefficient equal to 0.91 and CVR equal to 88. It has been confirmed.
