        During last decades, the higher education privatization in Iran has grown in two forms: privatization of public higher education and entering the private sector in higher education. Due to necessity of synchronic quantitative and qualitative development, the purpose of this study was to identify the micro requirements of quality development of higher education privatization in Iran. An exploratory mixed method was chosen for this study. It used interviews and focus group in qualitative part and a 71-item questionnaire with eight main dimensions in quantitative part to collect information Reliability coefficient for desired condition and current condition were calculated 0.947 and 0.95 respectively. The sample included 103 experts of higher education and practitioners of nonprofit higher education institutions. Micro requirements for qualitative development of higher education privatization were identified in eight dimensions and their level of importance (favorable condition) and consideration (current condition) in process of quality development of higher education privatization were evaluated. The importance of these requirements in qualitative development of higher education privatization was average and higher, but the attention to majority of these requirements in development of Iran higher education privatization was average and lower. Finally, it suggests some solutions for qualitative development of higher education privatization in Iran. Manuscript profile

        Abstract The present study aimed at designing the internal factors model for promoting universities in national and international Rankings through exploratory mixed method. The statistical population in the qualitative section included policymakers and experts in higher education, university administrators and faculty members who were selected through targeted sampling and 17 interviewes were done. Also, in the quantitative section of the statistical society, 600 university administrators ,state universities of Tehran, among which 302 people by Stratified random sampling method were selected. The data in the qualitative section were analyzed through semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire was extracted from the statistical sample and analyzed using spss and smart-pls software. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and a divergent and convergent validity test. The reliability of the questionnaire was also calculated using Cronbach's alpha and Composite Reliability software. According to the findings, the intra-university factors of university promotion can respectively  be classified into eight factors including: good governance, quality assurance system, human resources productivity, administrative health, regional development, university autonomy, IT infrastructure and educational facilities.   Manuscript profile

        The increasing development of new technologies, especially information and communication technology and the expansion of globalization, have forced countries in general and universities in particular to move toward internationalization and defined activities and collaborations in this regard. In order to investigate the consequences of this phenomenon in Iranian universities, a qualitative method study has been conducted using the data theorizing approach of the foundation. The statistical population of the present study is the experts and managers of 18 selected public universities in the country, including Tehran University, Shahid Beheshti University, Tarbiat Modarres University, Kharazmi University, Amir Kabir university, Sharif, Science and Technology university, Allameh Tabatabai university, Khajeh Nasir University, Al-Zahra University, Ferdowsi Mashhad University, Shiraz University, Isfahan University, Tabriz University, Isfahan Industrial university and Zanjan Basic Sciences university and Imam Khomeini Qazvin and Al-Mustafa Society in Qom. "Using purposive sampling method, a total of 82 people were selected as participants in the study. The interview method was collected by general guidance method in a semi-structured manner and MAXQDA software was used to analyze them. To obtain validity and validity of the data, two methods of reviewing participants and reviewing experts in the research were used. The central phenomenon of the present study was internationalization in line with the mission orientation of public universities in the country. Academic and extracurricular have been developed according to causal, contextual, intervening conditions and strategies. He showed that 51 open codes were extracted from the analysis of the interviews and due to the similarities between them, 2 main categories and 6 sub-components were identified.
