According to single-dimensional researches in entrepreneurial orientation-business performance literature and lack of existence for variables contributing more clarity and progress in our understanding, more study is required to be done. The main purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance with regard to organizational learning orientation, as a mediator, and market turbulence, as a moderator.  To assess the claim, we collected data by census method from senior managers or/and executives of all 55 active and semi-active SMEs in the Birjand Industrial Park. Findings showed that small firms having high entrepreneurial orientation show more inclination to organizational learning in the turbulent markets, but organizational learning tendency does not necessarily affect positively the performance of small firms even in changing markets. One of the latest security threats in cyberspace to steal personal and financial information is created by phisher. Due to there Are various methods to detect phishing and also there is not an up-date comprehensive study on the issue, the authors Motivated to review and analysis the proposed phishing detection methods in five categories such as: anti-phishing tools Based, data mining based, heuristic based, meta-heuristic based and machine learning based methods. The advantages and Disadvantages of each method are extracted from the current review and comparison. The outlines of this study can be suitable to identify the probability gaps in phishing detection problems for feature researches. Manuscript profile

This research was carried out to consider the effects of the implementation of the smart training systems in the mobile learning way. The research method was semi-experimental. The statistical society of this study was all first boy students in third grade at smart high schools in Garmsar. The academic year was the first term of 96-97 academic year.                                                                                             The statistical sample was chosen from the high school third grade first students based on the Morgan table and regarding with the society volume. 102 students were chosen in the cluster random method. At first 2 regions were chosen from Garmsar training regions then 2 first high schools was chosen and finally 102 students were selected from the third grade students of these schools.                                                                                                These 102 students were divided randomly into 2 groups (each group had 51 students). The groups were experimental group and control group. Several lessons from English Book were chosen as the training material and before the training, 2 groups gave the pre-test. The control group as usual were trained based on the smart training systems ( smart board , the computer facilities and the technologies related to the electronic management and control) but the experimental group was trained using the smart training systems ( mobile devices such as Tablet and cell phone). After training, the post-test was performed.                                                                                                       The obtained data were analyzed using Spss version 18 software in description statistical level (the average and standard deviation) and deductive              statistical level (independent T statistical test).                                                              The research results showed that the marks of the English lesson for experimental  group ( who had been trained using the smart training systems in the mobile learning way) were higher than the marks of the English lesson for control group ( who had been trained using the smart training systems) ( t: 3/353 , sig: 0/001)                                                                                                                           So we can say that implementing the smart training systems in the mobile learning way have possible effects on the training. Complex products widespread in all industries, are the infrastructure of the advanced countries. Several examples of the failure of well-known international companies in this area necessitate the need to review successful examples and to analyze and explain the reasons for their success. This need is becoming increasingly important in late-comer companies in the region due to the constraints faced by these companies, including the developing nature of the countries of interest and lack of access to the pioneer networks. The present research is a qualitative case study and aims to explain and analyze the successful development of a complex product in the power industry based on the ambidexterity model. The results show that the late-comer firm, following exogenous licensing of technology, has been able to realize advantages due to exploiting the economics of repetition and recombination by implementing a range of repetitive projects. Development and use of indigenous mechanisms such as development of modular products, deepening of knowledge by exploiting and compiling In-built knowledge to achieve the new technology base has been discussed. Through successful design, deliver and execution a Base Moving project in order to meet the monitored market needs, ambidexterity in complex technology sourcing is achieved. It is shown that the company has become ambidextrous in large scale complex integration (LCSI) projects as well. Manuscript profile

on organizational performance. Nevertheless, the neglect of the capacity of the mediating variables between this connection is still evident. So, the purpose of this study is to explore the mediating role of learning orientation, employee flexibility and organizational ambidexterity capabilities in the above relationship. The data were analyzed using standard questionnaires using PLS software. The results of a survey of CEO and HR managers of 66 three star hotels and higher in Tehran showed that HPWS with impact on learning orientation, human resource flexibility and organizational ambidexterity development, play a significant role in improving the performance of the studied companies in the hotel industry. In fact, it can be argued that constructs of organizational learning, human resource flexibility and organizational ambidexterity play a complete mediating role between HPWS and performance of the studied hotels.
