A New Look at The Face of The Teacher and The Student in Innovative Blended Teaching-Learning Systems With an Emphasis on The Post-Corona Era

Abstract :
The current study aims to explore the evolving roles of teachers and students in innovative blended teaching-learning systems, particularly in the post-corona era. This descriptive research is practical in purpose and qualitative in terms of data nature. Data collection was performed through document analysis using an electronic search tool to extract relevant studies. The meta-analysis method, based on Roth and Shell’s model, was applied. The statistical population included both domestic and international studies on teacher and student characteristics in blended learning, sourced from databases like Irandoc, Magiran, SID, Noormagz, ensani.ir, Google Scholar, Scopus, and Science Direct. A purposive sampling method led to the selection of 31 studies (18 foreign and 13 domestic). The content of each article was analyzed using MaxQDA 2020 software, focusing on key points such as titles, keywords, and significant findings. The research results highlight that in the post-corona period, teachers need not only scientific literacy but also enhanced creativity and interaction compared to traditional face-to-face settings. Regarding students, it was found that they must take more responsibility for their learning and adopt a more active role. These findings underline the need for adaptability and proactive involvement from both teachers and students in the post-pandemic educational environment
