The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits and job performance, productivity, entrepreneurial managers with different levels of education in their school in Sanandaj 2014-2015. The research method was descriptive correlational . Also, productivity and job performance of managers is considered as the dependent variable . Personality questionnaire to collect data from the Iranian entrepreneurs , productivity and job performance Achyv Paterson was used. Reliability coefficient of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha coefficient , respectively, 0/83 and 0/86 and 0/82 is calculated and accepted . In order to analyze the data from the single-sample t test , Pearson correlation test , ANOVA and simple regression were used. The results showed that the character is too strong entrepreneurial managers . City managers have above-average productivity and job performance . All components except for ambiguity tolerance characteristics of entrepreneurial business executives have the ability to predict productivity . Also, all components of the entrepreneurial personality traits can predict job performance of managers .
