Investigation of human capital productivity for research centers (Case study: Research Institute of Petroleum Industry) Abstract Productivity improvement in organizations is one of the features of today’s developed societies. Given the strategic importance of educated human capital for research organizations, this study has been done for investigating factors affecting the productivity of human capital in the Research institute of Petroleum Industry. Statistical population of this study consist of employees are working in Research institute of Petroleum Industry. For data collection, the methods such as library research, interviews and questionnaires have been used. Collected Information was analyzed by use of SPSS statistical software. After statistical analysis, the results show that these factors affect the productivity of human resources at the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry. Finally, in order to improve the productivity of this Research Center many suggestions are presented.
