The importance of knowledge-based companies in the economies of the countries and their role in GNP has increased in recent years, and many efforts have been made to develop a comprehensive and consistent indicators for evaluating these companies. The issue of performance evaluation of these companies is still new in Iran, and in the past, many studies have not been conducted on suitable examples of these companies. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify and categorize the most important and effective indicators in the performance of knowledge-based companies, in line with the industry conditions in Iran. Initial indicators are extracted from literature review, related documents and initial interviews with experts in this field. Then, final indicators are determined through designing and distributing questionnaires, structured interviews with experts and analyzing the results of received questionnaires. After validating the final indices, 22 indicators are verified and categorized into 5 groups, and finally, by computing the coefficients of variance (CV), the indexes are arranged from the most important to the least significant. Accordingly, the added value resulting from the technology used in the product, the level of education of the employees and the number of R & D staff are the most important, respectively. Due to the fact that these results are directly related to the experts in this field, it is expected that using the data of knowledgeable companies and implementation on one of the appropriate models of performance evaluation will result in meaningful result. The aim of this study is to provide a framework of talent management based on the current situation in Iran, considering the importance of the discussion of attracting, cultivating, and retaining talents in the field of knowledge enterprises and also the theoretical poverty in the field of talent management. For this study, several knowledge enterprises in the country have been selected as the case study and due to the lack of qualitative research in the field of talent management using the method of "Grounded theory" version 2015 Corbin and Strauss, in the first step, the current framework Talent management in these companies is based on interviews with 30 people (sampling to theoretical saturation) of the stakeholders of the talent management system (talents, managers and human resources experts). The method of data collection from research participants according to Bernard's (2006) typology in structured and semi-structured interviews was appropriate to the type of participant (human resources specialist, elite, manager, or policymaker). In the first step, the most important finding is the dynamics of the various talent management processes and their placement on a spectrum, from the most undesirable to the most desirable. In the next step, according to the existing superior experiences and the identified injuries in the previous step, the optimal framework for this space was designed and by presenting the framework to managers and experts in the field, was evaluated qualitatively. The design of this framework can pave the way for moving towards the desired situation of talent management and in addition, according to the individual, organizational and cultural dimensions of talent management, enrich the literature in this field Manuscript profile

Nowadays, various knowledge-based companies (KBCs) have been formed in science and technology incubators to commercialize ideas in Iran. If these companies fail to achieve the desired growth, their losses for incubators and the country will be doubled. The purpose of the study was to develop a model for the growth of KBCs to determine the indicators of entry into incubators, growth stages of under studied KBCs and also to determine the features of each growth stage. The incubators of IROST and the Science and Technology Park (STP) of Guilan Province were selected as the case of study and a mixed research method was adopted. Data were collected through two instruments including interview and questionnaire. In the qualitative phase, 43 interviews and in the quantitative phase, 75 questionnaires were applied. Data analysis in qualitative and quantitative phases was performed using MAXQDA10 and SPSS25 software, respectively. The results showed that the indicators of entry into incubators were divided into three levels: individual, company and Incubator, so that the indicators of company level and incubator were the most and the least important, respectively. Based on the findings of the growth stages of KBCs, there are 4 stages including "center of prosperity and creativity", "pre-growth or initial growth or research core or technology core", "medium growth or growth or technology unit" and "post-growth or high growth or tenant unit" were identified. The findings of this study can help managers in making their policy in supporting KBCs at different stages of their growth Manuscript profile
