The issue of performance evaluation of these companies is still new in Iran, and in the past, many studies have not been conducted on suitable examples of these companies. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify and categorize the most important and effective indicators in the performance of knowledge-based companies, in line with the industry conditions in Iran. Initial indicators are extracted from literature review, related documents and initial interviews with experts in this field. Then, final indicators are determined through designing and distributing questionnaires, structured interviews with experts and analyzing the results of received questionnaires. After validating the final indices, 22 indicators are verified and categorized into 5 groups, and finally, by computing the coefficients of variance (CV), the indexes are arranged from the most important to the least significant. Accordingly, the added value resulting from the technology used in the product, the level of education of the employees and the number of R & D staff are the most important, respectively. Due to the fact that these results are directly related to the experts in this field, it is expected that using the data of knowledgeable companies and implementation on one of the appropriate models of performance evaluation will result in meaningful result. اهمیت شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در اقتصاد کشورها و نقش آن در تولید ناخالص ملی، باعث افزایش توجهات در سال‌های اخیر شده و تلاش‌های زیادی برای رسیدن به معیارها و مدلی جامع و ثابت برای ارزیابی این شرکت‌ها انجام شده است. اما موضوع ارزیابی عملکرد این شرکت‌ها، هنوز در ایران نو بوده و درگذشته پژوهش‌های زیادی بر روی نمونه‌های مناسبی از این شرکت‌ها انجام نشده است. ازاین‌رو هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و دسته‌بندی مهم‌ترین و مؤثرترین شاخص‌ها در عملکرد شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، متناسب با شرایط صنایع در ایران می‌باشد. شاخص‌های اولیه با مرور ادبیات، اسناد و مدارک مرتبط و مصاحبه اولیه با خبرگان این حوزه استخراج شده است. سپس از طریق طراحی و توزیع پرسشنامه، مصاحبه ساختاریافته با خبرگان و تحلیل نتایج حاصل از پرسشنامه‌های دریافتی، شاخص‌های نهایی مشخص شده‌اند. پس‌از اعتبارسنجی شاخص‌های نهایی، ۲۲ شاخص، تأیید و در ۵ گروه دسته‌بندی شده و درنهایت با محاسبه ضریب‌تغییرات، شاخص‌ها از بااهمیت‌ترین تا کم‌اهمیت‌ترین مرتب شده‌اند. بر این اساس ارزش افزوده ناشی از فناوری به کار رفته در محصول ، سطح تحصیلات کارکنان و تعداد کارکنان تحقیق و توسعه به ترتیب دارای بیشترین اهمیت هستند. باتوجه به اینکه این نتایج در ارتباط مستقیم با خبرگان این حوزه استخراج شده است، انتظار می‌رود با استفاده از داده‌های شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان موردتأیید و پیاده‌سازی بر روی یکی از مدل‌های مناسب ارزیابی عملکرد، نتایج معناداری حاصل شود. http://journalie.ir/fa/Article/Download/19766
