The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits and job performance, productivity, entrepreneurial managers with different levels of education in their school in Sanandaj 2014-2015. The research method was descriptive correlational . Also, productivity and job performance of managers is considered as the dependent variable . Personality questionnaire to collect data from the Iranian entrepreneurs , productivity and job performance Achyv Paterson was used. Reliability coefficient of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha coefficient , respectively, 0/83 and 0/86 and 0/82 is calculated and accepted . In order to analyze the data from the single-sample t test , Pearson correlation test , ANOVA and simple regression were used. The results showed that the character is too strong entrepreneurial managers . City managers have above-average productivity and job performance . All components except for ambiguity tolerance characteristics of entrepreneurial business executives have the ability to predict productivity . Also, all components of the entrepreneurial personality traits can predict job performance of managers . Manuscript profile

The large numbers of Iranian high school graduates are willing to enter in governmental and popular colleges and compete for it. On the other hand, these graduate students are from various regions with different levels of access to facilities. In opinion of directors of relevant agencies, the quota allocation solves this problem and they are looking to use the knowledge hidden in the data are available in this area.By this way volunteers from each region are compared together and managers are helped to allocate proper quota to related students in regions of each segment. In recent years, quota allocation was determined by Taxonomy that its result is a kind of ranking that does not allow group analyzing and identifies number of region theoretically. To solve this problem clustering is a good strategy. This study is carried out by using data mining techniques and Crisp methods on related dataset from education ministry, interior ministry, ministry of health, and center of statistic and evaluation organization for the first time. After extracting of effective attributes in this area, data preparation, data reduction and combination of attributes using Factor Analysis have done.in next step, by using K-means algorithm, similar items assign in to a cluster that has the minimum distance with centroid mean and then by using neural networks and decision trees, new item can be devoted to each cluster. Finally for assessing created models, accuracy of outputs compared with other methods. Outcomes of this research are: determining the optimal number of sectors, segmenting regions, analyzing each section, extracting decision rules, predicting class labels for new areas faster and more accurately, allowing the appropriate strategies formulation for each section Manuscript profile

This research is design the model to transfer educational technology in universities in Mazanderan. this study is a descriptive survey. The population consists of 1700 people from faculty members in mazanderan universities. The method is quota randomly sampling and according to the jersey and Morgan table to determine the samples, 313 people were chosen . as samples The data collection tool was researcher-made questionnaires. The content validity was used to determine the validity also, Cranach’s alpha coefficient was used to assess the reliability which was calculated such as 0.819. In order to determine frequency, mean percentage, standard deviation, skewness, the highest and lowest, and the research data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive statistic as well as multiple regression tests at significance level of (p<0.05), path analysis was used at inferential statistic. This paper attempts to give a design modeling for transferring educational technology considering the available backgrounds. Analyzing the results indicates the acceptable correlation among the proposed model aspects such as philosophical aspects, objectives, theoretical basis, conceptual framework, and consistency among the objectives of the components, accuracy of component transposition, consistency with existing literature, its objective component, the updatability and model feasibility. The important proposition is to target the designing-structure and organizational model of higher education so that its policies and procedures encourage the members to learn, unlearning, absorbing, acquisition, combination of knowledge, collaboration, integration, networking, planning and problem solving to be used in transfer technology. Increasing population and rapid technological changes affect the process of teaching and leading people. Therefore, the coordination of courses and learning objectives with global developments is the basic functions of government for the community authority and prosperity. Hence this study was conducted to investigate the role of entrepreneurship education on enhance students' creativity. The population consisted of all undergraduate non-profit University of Sari, who were authorized to take entrepreneurship courses. 25 students (one class) were selected as samples. Level of creative in control and experimental groups were assessed by questionnaire at the beginning and end of the semester. To analyze the data, SPSS software, dependent and independent t-test was used. The results show that thought fluid, visionary and creativity in the experimental group after Post test and training has increased, while the control group did not. But activism in the experimental group after Post test and training are not increasing. Given the increased characteristics: thought fluid, visionary and creativity and not getting increased activitism, and the determination of the effect of training on enhancing creativity, education programs for the improvement of activism is necessary. Albeit recently the numbers of entrepreneurship centers at the universities dramaticly have been increased, But alittle studies about this subject have done. This paper tries to compare, investigate and analyze the performance of Top entrepreneurship centers in the United States and Tehran universities. This study looks at the performance of the Tehran universities entrepreneurship centers and then examines the differences between US entrepreneurship centers and Tehran ones. Top entrepreneurship centers are chosen from international benchmarking centers. Information from US entrepreneurship centers gathered via internet and E-mail contacts with directors and information from Tehran entrepreneurship centers collected via documents and interview with experts and managers. The findings indicate that US entrepreneurship centers have more outreach activities as education and teaching. US entrepreneurship centers also offer more comprehensive and intencive programs. But in contrast, entrepreneurship centers in Tehran universities just have more training and educational functions. Overall US entrepreneurship centers have more internal and external entrepreneurship activities like education, servivice and counseling for students in all levels(undergraduate, graduate, post graduate) and other external applicants. The purpose of this study was an assessment to mediator role of faculty member's technical, contextual and behavioral competencies in the relationship between manager's affective - social competencies and academic innovation. This study was corolation and statistical population consists of 130 Islamic azad university faculty members in 2014- 15. Using by Morgan table selected 97 as samle study. Study tools was acadmic manager's affective - social competencies questionarie, academic innovation research made questioarie and faculty member's technical, contextual and behavioral competencies questionarie which were distributed and collected after calculation of validity and reliability. The results showed that Islamic azad university bandarabbas branch manager's affective - social competencies, faculty member's triple competencies and academic innovation average were lower than desirable level but upper than minimum level in all dimentions and faculty member's technical, contextual and behavioral competencies has mediator role in the relationship between manager's affective - social competencies and academic innovation.
