The goal of this study is analyzing the status differences between obstacles from the perspective of students with different background factors. A designed questionnaire was used with considering 25 obstacles, also the content validity with face validity and reliability with 0/87 for Cronbach's Alpha were approved. The population was the entire university students of Iran and the sample of 2500 student chose with clustering between students in Tehran, Esfahan, Yazd and Zanjan. In terms of the number and intensity of variability, the results showed there is not much differences between men and women but among ethnicities the Lor people, among education the doctoral students, among universities the gheire entefaei university, among fathers occupation the fathers with governmental works and finally among field of study the art students showed a lot of differences in compare with the rest of people in their group. About the rate of variability according to obstacles in the classification, it can be noted to the lack of insight about business or self- employment, the high rate of conservatism, the governmental economy, the lack of private property rights and the presence of more profitable investment strategies such as stock exchange, banks, real states and gold. In sum, all these changes and differences demonstrate the usefulness of using background approaches for planning and policy making. Manuscript profile -

Offering an innovation in products, processing, marketing, resources of materials and other inputs, and industrial organizing is provided by an effective national innovation system.In this research, Innovation interactions between universities, industries and government as main actors of national innovation system of Iran are studied. Based on the thesis, The potential of universities to solve the problems of industries is very good but interaction between industries, universities and government is weak. This article focuses on innovation interactives between actors of national innovation system of Iran. According to innovation system theory, innovation and technology development are results of a complex set of relationships among actors in the system, which includes enterprises, universities and government research institutes. At the first stage of initiation, the authors have studied library resources, articles and Internet information network, based on OECD research class category. The second stage of initiation is a field research investigation through designed questionnaires and interviews with 100 persons of policymakers, officials, executives and various related national innovation system at Khorasan Razavi State and Mashhad in Iran. Finaly, some strategic recommrndations for improving the interactions between main actors of national innovation system of Iran and the institutional mapping of Innovation model are suggested . 3 - Designing a Framework for Business-Universities Knowledge Flow Modeling
Mohammad Ghaem Tajgardoon mohammadtaghi manzouri habibi habibiارتباط کارامد دانشگاه و صنعت مسألهای است که محققین حوزههای مختلف چه در صنعت و چه در دانشگاه به دنبال یافتن راهکارهایی برای رفع مشکلات آن هستند. در یک دستهبندی میتوان راهکارهای ارائه شده را مبتنی بر سه رهیافت عملگرا، نهادگرا و ماهیتگرا دانست. راهکارهای عملگرا د Moreارتباط کارامد دانشگاه و صنعت مسألهای است که محققین حوزههای مختلف چه در صنعت و چه در دانشگاه به دنبال یافتن راهکارهایی برای رفع مشکلات آن هستند. در یک دستهبندی میتوان راهکارهای ارائه شده را مبتنی بر سه رهیافت عملگرا، نهادگرا و ماهیتگرا دانست. راهکارهای عملگرا در پی اثربخشی سریع بوده و عمدتاَ با شتابزدگی در عمل نیز مواجه هستند. راهکارهای نهادگرا به دنبال نقش دادن به نهادهای واسط نظیر دولت به عنوان حلقه مفقوده ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه هستند. رهیافت ماهیتگرا صنعت را مظهر فنّاوری یا علم تجاری شده و دانشگاه را تولید کننده دانش میدانند. اگرچه این رهیافتها هریک از زاویهای به ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه مینگرند لیکن همگی قائل به جریان دانش مناسب در زمان و مکان میان دانشگاه و صنعت هستند. در این مقاله، یک پژوهش توسعهای و مبتنی بر مطالعه کتابخانهای به انجام رسیده است و از میان 47 مقاله منتشر شده در مجلات معتبر علمی در حوزه مدیریت دانش، تعداد 12 مدل استخراج شده و از میان آنها 4 مدل که دارای کاربرد عام بوده و اعتبارسنجی آنها نیز گزارش شده بود به عنوان مدلهای منتخب جهت بهکارگیری در ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت بررسی و مقایسه شدهاند. در این مقایسه تطابق این مدلها با رهیافتهای مذکور مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و استفاده از این مدلها در ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه امکانسنجی شده است. سپس با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از مقایسه، یک چارچوب مفهومی برای مدلسازی جریان دانش در ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه ارائه شده که با استفاده از آن میتوان یک نگرش جامع به مدلسازی جریان دانش در ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه داشت. این چارچوب مبتنی بر چارچوب زکمن است و چهار جنبه از چارچوب زکمن را از شش منظر و سطح وقوع جریانهای دانشی برای مدلسازی جریانهای دانش میان دانشگاه و صنعت بررسی میکند. ارزیابی چارچوب ارائه شده از طریق ارائه مدل جریان دانش صنعت و دانشگاه به انجام رسیده است. However, due to inherent risks and specific characteristics, the continued growth and stability is one of the challenges for the success of these firms. This paper aims to identify factors in the growth and sustainability Knowledge based firms in Iran. In this context, a qualitative approach was used to explore and identify factors affecting the growth and stability of the Knowledge based firms. In terms of conducting research, structured interviews were used. Statistical Population is the firms that stay in science and technology parks and incubators skins. Statistical sample is 30 managers of successful firms in science and technology parks and incubators, which is an objective judgment sampling method was used. Research findings suggest that in selected cases, the most important factors that influence the growth and sustainability of the Knowledge based firms are: the properties of the fundamental, company profile, company key idea , human resources, market and competition, organization, infrastructure, financing and environmental factors. Although, Organizational culture and SHRM are important factors influencing organizational citizenship behaviors but little research has been done about how these two factors influencing the organizational citizenship behavior. The main purpose of this study was tracing the relationship between these three important variables clearly according to test two proposed conceptual models. Our research methodology was Survey- Correlation Method, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Specifically. Study results showed that, the approach of cultural determinism and adaptation strategic human resource management has been accepted. Therefore, in relationship between three variables of our research, SHRM have a mediator role. We used the content of existing domestic and foreign research papers, some interviews, and also a researcher- constructed questionnaire. The studied population includes both manufacturers and market sellers in the Iranian chandelier industry. For the qualitative part, purposive sampling (judgment) over 16 experienced manufacturers is used while for the quantitative part 120 manufacturers and 230 shops were selected, based on classified-random sampling. The most effective factors, among 22 initially suggested factors, on the design of new chandelier are identified. The most effective factors are “possession of technical expertise for manufacturers”, “chandelier attraction for the end user”, “considering the harmony between chandelier and the other parts of houses decoration”, “combination of old and new designs/ideas”, “uniqueness of chandelier”, “taking into account the financial ability of end consumer”, “understanding of consumer’s feeling when s/he first glance into the chandelier”, “the face to face contact between designers and consumers” and consequently sense of consumers’ needs and preferences by designers, “artistic vision”, and finally the “availability of the preferred chandelier in the shop market”.
