مرکز منطقه ای اطلاع رسانی علوم و فناوری فصلنامه نوآوری و ارزش آفرینی 2717-0454 7 13 2019 10 30 Policy pattern ‌ of Park ‌ Science and technology and company ‌ Knowledge base الگوی خط مشی‌گذاری پارک‌های علم و فناوری و شرکت‌های دانش بنیان در نظام نوآوری 40 54 fa محبوبه کریمی طرارانی فتاح شریف زاده میرعلی سیدنقوی داود حسین پور 2018 3 17 The pattern of science and technology parks like any government line should be carefully designed to lead to the development of innovation. Innovation always plays a crucial role in the economic and social development of countries, which is considered as the main source of economic growth, improvement of production, the basis for competition and promotion of the level of prosperity. To provide a policy template ­ Park park ­ Science and technology and company ­ Knowledge based on qualitative research method was used in this study. The statistical community includes an exploratory interview with experts (politics ­ Programmers ­ Rizan and managers associated with the field of science and technology parks and company directors ­ Knowledge base). In this research, using qualitative data collection methods and interviewing experts about the current status of the information gathered, then using open source and software coding methods max qda The research pattern was summarized and presented. The result of the research is to identify the dimensions of the external, organizational, institutional, external organizational network that influences the science and technology parks policy and knowledge base companies. Based on the aggregation of experts' opinions, it is suggested that the subject of this research be investigated and compared in other organizational environments (large or small organizations) or in different industries. الگوی خط مشی پارک های علم و فناوری مشابه هر خط مشی دولتی، باید به دقت طراحی شود تا منجر به توسعه نوآوری شود. نوآوری همواره نقشی حساس در توسعه ی اقتصادی و اجتماعی کشورها ایفا می نماید به طوری که از آن به عنوان منبع اصلی رشد اقتصادی، بهبود تولید، مبنای رقابت و ارتقا دهنده سطح رفاه یاد می شود. جهت ارائه الگویی خط مشی­گذاری پارک­های علم و فناوری و شرکت­های دانش بنیان از روش تحقیق کیفی در این مطالعه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری مشتمل بر مصاحبه اکتشافی با خبرگان (سیاست­گذاران، برنامه­ریزان و مدیران مرتبط با حوزه پارک‌های علم و فناوری و مدیران شرکت­های دانش بنیان) است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش های کیفی گردآوری داده ها و مصاحبه با خبرگان درباره وضعیت موجود اطلاعات جمع آوری و سپس با استفاده از روش های کدگذاری باز و محوری و نرم افزارmax qda  الگوی تحقیق جمع بندی و ارائه شد. نتیجه تحقیق شامل شناسایی ابعاد شبکه خارجی، سازمانی، نهادی، برون سازمانی موثر بر خط مشی گذاری پارک های علم و فناوری و شرکت های دانش بنیان است. بر اساس تجمیع نظرات خبرگان پیشنهاد می شود موضوع مورد بررسی این پژوهش در سایر محیط های سازمانی (اعم از سازمان های بزرگ و یا کوچک و متوسط) یا در صنایع مختلف مورد بررسی و مقایسه ی تطبیقی قرار گیرد. http://journalie.ir/en/Article/Download/808
