The main purpose of this study is to explain the factors affecting the entrepreneurial aptitude of Sistan and Baluchestan University students by AHP-Fuzzy hierarchical analysis. The statistical population of this study is entrepreneurial students of higher education institutions in Sistan and Baluchestan province. 20 entrepreneurial and successful students in business and expertise were selected and finally 15 questionnaires were completed and analyzed by the researcher. According to the opinion of entrepreneurs and using the Delphi technique, 14 components affecting entrepreneurial talent were identified and classified into five groups. The research results show that among the five factors affecting entrepreneurial talent, according to experts, creative talent has the most impact, and the talent to limit mental uncertainty and the ability to discover and take advantage of opportunities are in the next ranks. پرورش استعدادهای کارآفرینانه‌ی دانشجویان در مؤسسات آموزش عالی یکی از اهداف دانشگاه‌ها در راستای ایجاد دانشگاه کارآفرین می‌باشد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر استعداد کارآفرینانه‌ی دانشجویان دانشگاه سیستان ‌و بلوچستان با تحليل سلسله مراتبيAHP – Fuzzy می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، دانشجویان کارآفرین مؤسسات آموزش عالی استان سیستان و بلوچستان می باشند. 20 نفر از دانشجویان کارآفرین و موفق در کسب و کار و خبره انتخاب و در نهایت 15 پرسشنامه تکمیل و توسط محقق مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. با توجه به نظر کارآفرینان و با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی14مؤلفه مؤثر بر استعداد کارآفرینانه شناسایی شدند و در پنج گروه دسته‌بندی گردید. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد از میان عوامل پنج‌گانه مؤثر بر استعداد کارآفرینانه از نظر خبرگان، استعداد خلاقیت بیشترین تأثیر را دارد و استعداد محدودکردن عدم‌قطعیت ذهنی و استعداد کشف و بهره برداری از فرصت‌ها در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار دارند. کارآفرینی، استعداد کارآفرینانه، تحليل سلسله مراتبيAHP – Fuzzy http://journalie.ir/en/Article/Download/19767
