مرکز منطقه ای اطلاع رسانی علوم و فناوری فصلنامه نوآوری و ارزش آفرینی 2717-0454 6 12 2019 10 30 Investigating the role of vocational trainings in creating an entrepreneurial attitude in students بررسی نقش آموزش های کاردانش درایجادنگرش کارآفرینانه درهنرجویان 99 120 fa صادق ملکی آوارسین حورا سودی نیر سیدنظری 2016 11 17 The aim of the present research is investigate the role of vocational trainings in creating an entrepreneurial attitude in the students of these fields from the viewpoints of Tutor of Khoy in the School year of 1394-95. The research method is the descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research includes all 100 students in this County. Due to the prevention of subject’s decline, the census sampling method (Sample Equal to Society) has been used. For collecting data, a self-made questionnaire based on the components of entrepreneurial attitudes from Robinson's point of view was used and data has been analyzed by SPSS software by the sample T-test and Friedman test. The results of data analysis indicate that the vocational trainings have a positive and significant role on all the components of entrepreneurial attitude in students. According to Friedman's test results, the sequence of components is as follows: 1.Perceived personal control; 2.Self-esteem; 3.Creativity and innovation; 4.Identification and exploit of opportunities; and 5.the desire to succeed.   هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش آموزش های کاردانش درایجاد نگرش کارآفرینانه درهنرجویان این رشته ها از دیدگاه هنرآموزان شهرستان خوی درسال تحصیلی 95- 1394 است. روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه هنرآموزان این شهرستان به تعداد 100 نفر است. به دلیل جلوگیری از افت آزمودنیها از روش نمونه گیری سرشماری (نمونه برابر جامعه) استفاده شده است. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس مؤلفه های نگرش کارآفرینانه از دیدگاه رابینسون استفاده و داده ها از طریق آزمون T تک نمونه‌ای و آزمون فریدمن با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS  تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده‌ها بیانگر نقش مثبت و معنی‌دار آموزش های کاردانش بر روی تمامی مؤلفه‌های نگرش کارآفرینانه هنرجویان است. مطابق با نتایج آزمون فریدمن ترتیب مؤلفه‌ها بدین صورت است: 1- کنترل شخصی ادراک شده؛ 2- عزت نفس؛ 3- خلاقیت و نوآوری؛ 3- تشخیص وبهره برداری از فرصت؛ و 5- میل به موفقیت.   http://journalie.ir/ar/Article/Download/579
