This research uses the qualitative research method of thematic analysis and the quantitative method of surveying with structural equations in order to investigate the innovation capacity model in Iran's cement production companies with a mixed approach. In the first step, with the help of qualitative research method and thematic analysis research method, the main model was extracted from the data obtained from the semi-structured interview. Finally, the network of themes of innovation capacity in Iran's cement production companies is presented and its dimensions are examined. In this paradigmatic model, idea generation and idea cultivation in the cement industry as causal factors, improvement of management skills, growth and excellence of human resources as foundational factors and two-way communication factors of innovation policy and company strategies, two-way interaction with external organizations, attention to Business trends, monitoring and adaptation to environmental changes as well as alignment and movement according to growth Information technology to the development of information technology are the intervening factors of the model. Also, the two main strategies derived from this model, one is to implement fundamental changes and the other is innovation in the production of ideas, products and services in the cement industry. as a result of proper and integrated investment on these two strategies, we can see functional results and Examples of innovation were in the model</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Examining this model showed that the model of innovation capacity of Iranian cement production companies based on confirmatory factor analysis test as well as convergent and divergent validity has acceptable validity and all structures have suitable validity and reliability. The results of this study will help the managers and active experts in cement industry to take advantage of innovation and subsequently improving the processes</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">نوآوری نقشی پررنگ در توسعه و پیشرفت در صنایع مختلف دارد. تلفیق علم و فناوری با روش های روز بین&lrm;المللی می &rlm;تواند به بهبود فرآیندها در بخش&rlm; های مختلف بینجامد. با توجه به&zwnj;ضرورت بررسی وضعیت شرکت&rlm; های فعال در عرصه سیمان و با درنظرداشتن ظرفیت&zwnj;های بالقوه و دارایی&rlm;هاي ذاتی شرکت&rlm; ها در بهبود فعالیت&rlm; هاي نوآورانه، مطالعه پیش&shy;رو به طراحی مدل ظرفیت نوآوری شرکت&rlm; های تولید سیمان ایران می&rlm;پردازد. این تحقیق به دنبال بررسی چگونگی مدل ظرفیت نوآوری در شرکت&zwnj;های تولید سیمان ایران با رویکرد آمیخته، از روش تحقیق کیفی و روش کمی پیمایش با معادلات ساختاری بهره برده است. در گام نخست با کمک روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون، از داده&rlm;های حاصل از مصاحبه نیمه &lrm;ساختارمند و طبقه&zwnj;بندی آنها، مدل اصلی استخراج شد. در نهایت شبکه مضامین ظرفیت نوآوری در شرکت&zwnj;های تولید سیمان ایران ارائه شده و ابعاد آن مورد بررسی و پیمایش قرار گرفته&lrm;اند. در این مدل پارادایمی، ایده&shy;زایی و ایده&shy;پروری به&zwnj;عنوان عامل علی، بهبود مهارت&zwnj;های مدیریتی، رشد و تعالی منابع انسانی به&zwnj;عنوان عوامل بسترساز و عوامل ارتباط دو&shy;سویه سیاست نوآوری و راهبرد شرکت&shy;، &shy;تعامل دوسویه با سازمان&zwnj;های بیرونی، توجه به روندهای تجاری، رصد و انطباق با تحولات محیطی و نیز همسویی و حرکت مطابق رشد فناوری اطلاعات به&zwnj;عنوان عوامل مداخله&zwnj;گر مدل هستند. همچنین دو استراتژی اصلی مستخرج از این مدل جهت دستیابی به ظرفیت نوآوری موردنظر، یکی عملی نمودن تغییرات اساسی و دیگری نوگرایی در تولید ایده، محصول و خدمت در صنعت سیمان بوده که در نتیجه سرمایه&zwnj;گذاری صحیح و یکپارچه روی این دو استراتژی می&zwnj;توان شاهد نتایج عملکردی و مصادیق نوآوری در مدل بود. بررسی این مدل نشان داد مدل ظرفیت نوآوری شرکت&lrm;های تولید سیمان ایران بر اساس آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و نیز روایی&zwnj;سنجی همگرا و واگرا، دارای اعتبار مورد قبول بوده و تمام سازه ها از روایی و پایایی مناسب برخوردارند. نتایج این مطالعه به مدیران، تصمیم &rlm;سازان و کارشناسان فعال در صنعت سیمان، در مسیر بهره&rlm; گیری از نوآوری و در پی آن بهبود و بهینه&rlm; سازی فرآیندها در این صنعت، کمک می&rlm;&nbsp;کند.</p> http://journalie.ir/ar/Article/Download/45184
