The present study is applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of type. Among parks and growth centers, 13 parks and growth centers were selected as a statistical sample; In addition, in each of the selected samples, the CEO or a knowledgeable person was selected as the respondent. Therefore, 341 questionnaires were distributed and 317 usable questionnaires were collected. After confirming the validity and reliability of the research, the data were analyzed by SPSS and LISREL software. The results indicate that factors related to industry and academia have a positive and significant effect on the success of technological cooperation. The mediating role of intermediary institutions on the success of technological cooperation was also acknowledged. The findings of this study provide practical and theoretical implications for improving technological cooperation between academia and industry. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش عوامل موثر بر موفقیت همکاری‌های فناورانه بین شرکت‌های زایشی دانشگاهی و صنعت در حوزه‌ فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با نقش میانجی نهادهای واسط می‌پردازد. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف کاربردی و از منظر نوع کمی می‌باشد. از میان پارک ها و مراکز رشد، تعداد 13 پارک و مرکز رشد به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شد؛ علاوه بر این، در هر یک از نمونه های انتخاب شده، مدیر عامل و یا فردی آگاه به امور، به عنوان پاسخگو انتخاب شدند. لذا، 341 پرسش‌نامه توزیع و تعداد 317 پرسش‌نامه قابل استفاده گردآوري گردید. پس از تایید روایی و پایایی تحقیق، تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و LISREL صورت گرفت. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که عوامل مرتبط با صنعت و دانشگاه تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر موفقیت همکاری‌های فناورانه دارند. ضمناً، نقش میانجی نهادهای واسط بر موفقیت همکاری‌های فناورانه نیز مورد تائید قرار گرفت. یافته‌های این تحقیق دلالت‌های عملی و نظری برای بهبود همکاری‌های فناورانه دانشگاه و صنعت ارائه می‌نماید. http://journalie.ir/ar/Article/Download/32463
