In this regard, in the statement of the resistance economy, the Supreme Leader of the Knowledge-Based Economy has announced one of the main policies in order to achieve the goals of the resistance economy. In order to achieve a knowledge-based economy, attention and emphasis on the role of companies active in this field is necessary and undeniable. In order to develop these companies and make their role in economic processes more colorful, it is necessary to identify the variables affecting these companies and conduct the necessary studies in order to make appropriate decisions. One of the key elements in the development of knowledge-based companies is the issue of financial resources of these companies. Existence of an efficient financial system in knowledge-based companies can pave the way for the growth and development of these companies and advance their development plans with the least financial cost. In this research, using regression approach, the effect of corporate and performance variables on the choice of financing method is identified and also the interaction of financing method on these variables will be investig اقتصاد دانش بنیان تاثیر بسزایی در افزایش تولید سرانه، رفاه اجتماعی، کاهش نابرابری در توزیع درآمد، افزایش فرصت شغلی و اصلاح کیفیت محیط زیست و ارتقاء کیفیت تولیدات به عنوان شاخصه های اصلی توسعه پایدار دارد. نظر به این موضوع در بیانیه اقتصاد مقاومتی ابلاغی مقلام معظم رهبری اقتصاد دانش بنیان یکی از سیاست های اصلی در راستای دستیابی به اهداف اقتصاد مقاومتی مطرح شده است. به منظور دستیابی به اقتصاد دانش بنیان توجه و تاکید بر نقش شرکت های فعال در این زمینه ضروری و غیرقابل انکار می باشد .در راستای توسعه این شرکت ها و پر رنگ تر شدن نقش آنها در فرآیندهای اقتصادی لازم است متغیرهای تاثیرگذار بر این شرکت ها شناسایی گردیده و بررسی های لازم به منظور تصمیم گیری مناسب صورت پذیرد. یکی از عناصر کلیدی در توسعه شرکت های دانش بنیان موضوع منابع مالی این شرکت ها می باشد. وجود نظام مالی کارا در شرکت های دانش بنیان می تواند زمینه ساز رشد و ترقی این شرکت ها و پیشبرد طرح های توسعه آنها با کمترین هزینه مالی گردد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از رویکرد رگرسیونی اثر متغیرهای شرکتی و عملکردی بر انتخاب روش تامین مالی شناسایی گردیده و همچنین اثر متقابل روش تامین مالی بر این متغیرها مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت . http://journalie.ir/ar/Article/Download/19768
