The research methods, descriptive (cross-sectional) and the aim of the research is applied and the type of field research among. The population of this research included all employees of Karafarin, Asia, Iran Insurance companies and social security organization a total of 224 persons. Morgan table was used to select the sample of the sample number to the number 224 with a reliability of 95 percent to 138, respectively. For sampling stratified random sampling was used. The results showed assumptions, knowledge production capacity within the organization, on the performance of incremental innovation, the capacity to absorb external knowledge, and radical innovation performance with variable adjustment of external knowledge absorption capacity through significant indirect effects. Also The absorption capacity of external knowledge on the performance of incremental innovation, radical innovation performance has a significant impact. The results showed that the size of the capacity of organizational knowledge, the capacity to absorb external knowledge, the incremental innovation and radical innovation performance has a significant impact تحقیق حاضر با هدف تبیین وضعیت ظرفیت های گوناگون انباشتگی دانش و اندازه سازمان شرکت های بیمه شهر زنجان صورت گرفته،  و سپس تاثیر متغیرهای فوق بر عملکرد نوآوری تدریجی و رادیکال بررسی شده است. این تحقیق از نظر روش، توصیفی ـ پیمایشی (از نوع مقطعی) می‌باشد و از  نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر نوع در زمره تحقیقات میدانی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کلیه کارکنان شرکتهای بیمه کارآفرین، آسیا، ایران و تأمین اجتماعی شهر زنجان تشکیل می‌دهند که جمعاً به تعداد 224 نفر می‌باشند. برای انتخاب نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده گردیده که تعداد نمونه مورد نظر برای تعداد 224 نفر با قابلیت اطمینان 95 درصد برابر 138 نفر بدست آمد. برای نمونه‌گیری از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل فرضیه‌های تحقیق نشان داد ظرفیت تولید دانش درون سازمانی بر عملکرد نوآوری تدریجی، ظرفیت جذب دانش برون سازمانی و  عملکرد نوآوری رادیکال با نقش تعدیلی متغیر واسطه ظرفیت جذب دانش برون سازمانی تأثیر غیر مستقیم معناداری دارد. همچنین ظرفیت جذب دانش برون سازمانی بر عملکرد نوآوری تدریجی و عملکرد نوآوری رادیکال تأثیر معناداری دارد. در نهایت نتایج نشان داد اندازه سازمان بر ظرفیت تولید دانش درون سازمانی، ظرفیت جذب دانش برون سازمانی، عملکرد نوآوری تدریجی و عملکرد نوآوری رادیکال تأثیر معناداری دارد. http://journalie.ir/fa/Article/Download/658
