Social innovation offers solutions to improve the existing situation and increase the quality of life for individuals and society, and seeks to develop innovative solutions to solve the social challenges of cities. Given the need for change in line with the needs of the times, social innovation can take an effective step in urban regeneration by overcoming the inefficiency of old policies and solutions. Accordingly, the most important goal of the current research is to explain the factors affecting the realization of social innovation in urban regeneration. This research is in the field of applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of research method. Also, library-documentary studies and qualitative content analysis and logical reasoning methods have been used in order to formulate the conceptual framework of the research. The results of the research show that five main actors, including the government, citizens, civil organizations, universities, and private companies, play a role in the regeneration based on social innovation. Citizens also acquire different roles in this type of re-creation, which include sensor, sharing, collaborative, and entrepreneurial. Also, the four components of "Empowerment and capacity building", "participation and cooperation", "creative solution and idea", and "change and transformation" are highlighted as the most important components of social innovation in urban regeneration. Finally, four factors: the quality of urban governance, the quality of the local economy, the quality of urban research, and the quality of social relations and power were identified as the most important factors for the realization of social innovation in urban regeneration</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">اهمیت نوآوری اجتماعی برای رویارویی موفقیت&zwnj;آمیز با چالش&zwnj;های مختلف، آن را به خط مقدم توسعه شهری آورده است. نوآوری اجتماعی راه&zwnj;حل&zwnj;هایی را به منظور بهبود وضعیت موجود و افزایش کیفیت زندگی برای افراد و جامعه ارائه می&zwnj;دهد و به دنبال توسعه راه&zwnj;حل&zwnj;های نوآورانه برای حل چالش&zwnj;های اجتماعی شهرها است. با توجه به نیاز به تغییر متناسب با نیازهای زمانی، نوآوری اجتماعی می&zwnj;تواند با غلبه بر ناکارآمدی سیاست&zwnj;ها و راه&zwnj;حل&zwnj;های قدیمی گام مؤثری در بازآفرینی شهری بردارد. بر همین اساس مهم&zwnj;ترین هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر تحقق&zwnj;پذیری نوآوری اجتماعی در بازآفرینی شهری می&zwnj;باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف در حیطه پژوهش&zwnj;های کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی می&zwnj;باشد. همچنین از مطالعات کتابخانه&zwnj;ای- اسنادی و روش&zwnj;های تحلیل محتوای کیفی و استدلال منطقی به منظور تدوین چارچوب مفهومی پژوهش بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج پژوهش به این صورت است که در بازآفرینی مبتنی بر نوآوری اجتماعی پنج بازیگر اصلی که شامل دولت، شهروندان، سازمان&zwnj;های مدنی، دانشگاه، و شرکت&zwnj;های خصوصی می&zwnj;باشند به ایفای نقش می&zwnj;پردازند. شهروندان نیز در این نوع بازآفرینی نقش&zwnj;های مختلفی کسب می&zwnj;کنند که عبارتند از سنجشگر، اشتراک&zwnj;گذار، همکار، و کارآفرین. همچنین چهار مؤلفه "توانمندسازی و ظرفیت&zwnj;سازی"، "مشارکت و همکاری"، "راه&zwnj;حل و ایده خلاقانه"، و "تغییر و تحول" به عنوان مهم&zwnj;ترین مؤلفه&zwnj;های نوآوری اجتماعی در بازآفرینی شهری برجسته می&zwnj;شوند. در نهایت نیز چهار عامل کیفیت حکمروایی شهری، کیفیت اقتصاد محلی، کیفیت پژوهش&zwnj;های شهری، و کیفیت روابط اجتماعی و قدرت به عنوان مهم&zwnj;ترین عوامل تحقق&zwnj;پذیری نوآوری اجتماعی در بازآفرینی شهری شناسایی گردیدند</p> http://journalie.ir/fa/Article/Download/48159
