چکیده مقاله :
کارآفرینی یک ابزار توسعه ی پایدار است و از کاهش فقر و بیکاری حمایت می کند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش سیاست های کارآفرینی نیت، تمایل، رفتار و تصمیم به کارآفرینی است. این پژوهش از لحاظ روش از نوع تحقیقات کمی محسوب می شود و از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از حیث نحوه گردآوری داده ها، جزء پژوهش های توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری دانشجویان مقطع ارشد و دکتری دانشکده علوم اجتماعی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه به تعداد (ارشد 385 و دکتری 103) بوده و براساس کرجسی و مورگان(1970)، 214 نفر در مرحله اول به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای با اختصاص متناسب برای هر طبقه و در مرحله دوم در هر مقطع به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده¬اند و پرسش نامه بین دانشجویان توزیع شده است. به منظور گرداوری داده ها، از پرسشنامه استاندارد 32 سؤالی در زمینه متغیرهای اصلی با استفاده از مقیاس طیف 5 گزینه ای لیکرت استفاده شده، روایی (محتوا و سازه) و پایایی کل (آلفای کرونباخ 969/0) آنها تأیید شده و نتایج آزمون کولوگراف اسمیرنوف(k-s)، سطح معنی داری هر یک از متغیرها بزرگتر از 05/0 به دست آمده است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد بارهای عاملی برای گویه ها بزرگ تر از 60/0 بوده و در سطح احتمال 95 درصد معنی دار هستند. و در نهایت جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی از مدل معادلات ساختاری به وسیله نرم افزارهای Spss23 و Amos23 استفاده شده است. داده های تحقیق با روش مدل¬یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار آموس تحلیل شده اند. نتایج نشان دهنده تأثیر معنادار و مثبت سیاست های کارآفرینی بر فرایند کارآفرینی است.

Entrepreneurship is a sustainable tool and supports poverty and unemployment. The purpose of research is to investigate the role of entrepreneurship policies, intention, behavior, behavior and decision to be an entrepreneur. Research is a quantitative research in terms of method, and in terms of purpose, it is applied, and in terms of data collection, it is part of descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of graduate and doctoral students of Razi University of Social Sciences of Kermanshah was (385 graduate and 103 doctoral) and Morgan, 214 in the first stage by stratified sampling method with people assigned to each unit. The floor and in the second stage at each stage are selected randomly and the questionnaire has been distributed among the students. In order to collect data, a 32-question standard questionnaire was used in the field of main variables using a 5-point Likert spectrum scale, their validity (content and structure) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha 0.969) were confirmed and the results Colograph Smirnov (k-s) test, the significance level of each variable is greater than 0.05. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the factor loadings for the items were greater than 0.60. And they are significant at the 95% probability level. Finally, to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics from the structural equation model were used by Spss23 and Amos23 software. The research data have been analyzed by structural equation modeling using Amos software. The results show the significant and positive effect of entrepreneurial policies on the entrepreneurial process
